This was a fabulous house centrally located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park. House was very clean, backyard was filled with fun. Responsive and accommodating host who let us drop luggage early even though we ultimately did not need to do so. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Bit of a drive from Palm Springs for shopping and dining, but in part due to two road closures that would have had more direct access from home to Palm Springs. We had to drive way out of our way to get back and forth, but probably not the norm. Would have liked a few more items in the kitchen (foil, plastic wrap), but I am sure homeowner will build that up. We were not there long enough to matter anyway. If you plan to stay longer and cook a lot, just ask. My only complaint was very high cleaning fee.

Loved our stay!

The property was beautiful! It was very clean and had all the necessary supplies. The outside was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It wasn’t too far from Palm Springs, it was about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. The beds were super comfortable. I slept like a rock all three nights while we were there.

Just what we were looking for- well equipped home, spotlessly clean and lots to do at property- pool, hot tub, outdoor chess, etc. Did not initially have baby equipment- property manager very responsive and got it to us right away. Little to do in area but everything within 25 minutes drive. We had a great holiday

This property has many positives. -brand new -clean -very responsive property owner and property management team -amazing backyard with awesome pool and spa -very comfortable beds -well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, utensils, pool towels, soaps, laundry detergent, shampoos, conditioner, hair dryer, bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. -the hair dryer was missing and when I reported it a new one was delivered within 2 hours Given it is brand new I realize there are some bugs to work out including having the capacity for the guest to start and stop the heat and jets on the spa rather than having to be reliant on sending the owner a message. (They said this will be addressed) I would also suggest checking the listed amenities to make sure they are in working order soon after checking in so property managers can respond right away which they will do There were limited pots and pans for cooking (1 sheet pan, one medium pot and 1 small pot with lids, and one small fry pan) Just be aware in case you plan on cooking. Overall, it is a great property and we truly enjoyed our time there even with unseasonably cool and wet weather

It was a great place to stay. Had everything we needed to keep our kids entertained & for us adults to relax.

My girlfriends & I had a great time. It was beautiful & relaxing. Bedding was super comfortable, the place was spotless. The hosts thought of everything.
