Das Apartment war sehr schön und es war alles da, was man braucht.

Freundliches Personal. Top Lage, sehr zentral gelegen, in ruhiger Nebenstraße.
In der Beschreibung buchbarer Parkplatz war nicht reservierbar. Auf Grund des in 2 Fuß-Minuten erreichbaren Parkhauses an der alten Oper im Nachhinein aber kein Problem.
Leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten waren recht abgewohnt. Allerdings scheinen die Gäste mit dem Mobiliar auch nicht sonderlich gut umzugehen (Tiefe Krater und Beschädigungen der Wand und des Holzfußbodens etc.). Sehr schade. Ich kenne das als Vermieter leider nur zu gut.
Es gab leider weder Handseife (ich habe dann das Duschgel als Seife benutzen müssen), noch Hausschuhe oder Bademantel, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Auch zweimaliges Nachfragen an der Rezeption und beim Housekeeping führten nicht zum Erfolg, da es schlichtweg keine Hausschuhe mehr gab. Den Boden würde ich jedoch niemals barfuß betreten. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das möchte ich ausdrücklich erwähnen. Deswegen werde ich auch sicher wiederkommen und hoffe, dass es dann besser ist.

The location was fantastic. And the room was really nice and clean. The beds and towels are comfortable. The breakfast at lounge was good enough for us. I recommend it to all family.

Spacious room with a lovely kitchenette that allowed us to whip up many meals during our stay there. The location was excellent - just a quick walk to city centre, yet the street was quiet and nice. The staff was really helpful.

The room and location were really nice, super close to the city center and the place was clean.
Unfortunately, booking.com did not mention anything about reserving a parking space.. and so we did not have parking included with our stay, meaning we had to pay for parking underneath opera house.

A fan in each room for summer time will make the apartment totally complete.

Very friendly personnel. The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen included all necessary equipment. Everything was set up to make the guests feel good. The bed was just perfectly comfortable.
Without blinds it was a bit bright in the early morning.
Jewish gusts that keep Shabbat won’t have non-electronic opportunity to enter apartment as only electronic cards available and lights are turned on automatically after movement.

More milk for coffee/tea. I don't use sugar, only sweeteners and there weren't any in the room. The double bed only had a single bed duvet which was a bit weird...

high end technology amenities , great Kitchenette with mini dishwasher , electric range, microwave all in perfect shape working condition.
bed in excellent quality mattress and duvet in clean ironed presentable arrangement.
great shower and bathroom with heater which was required in December . AC working perfectly in silence. overall just perfect experience for us as a couple. very quiet street in great location.

The apartment was very spacious with a sitting space, separate kitchen room, and balcony.Very clean and tidy. The building is located near the old city center and was easy to get there to the market with a short walk.
Checking in the property was not very easy. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm and there was no reception. There was no keypad to enter the pin as instructed in email and as told on the phone. Then i tried calling security and someone came from another place and let me in. Apparently reception only operates Monday to Friday so make sure you can get in if arriving over the weekend.

The staff went beyond our expectations to assist us. The hotel rooms were quiet with 5 star fittings and spaciousness. The chocolate Santa’s and water were nice touches. It was really good value. The communications through booking.com were excellent.

Excellent location! Spacious apartment with one table and one desk (two persons could work on their laptops separately and comfortably; very rare!) Smart floorplan with plenty of storage space, very convenient for trade fair exhibitors who travel with lots of luggage. The kitchen provided ample space and it was well equipped; AlNatura and other shops are just around the corner. Overall a very relaxed stay!

Excellent place to stay when attending and working at the Frankfurt Book Fair. Please note it is around a 30 minute walk to the Messe, but this was nice to do to start and end the day. It is in a very nice area close to the Opera House. Facilities were excellent and so nice to have an apartment to come back to and prepare your own food.
No English TV channels. Single quilt was quite small for bed and pillows were awful. No full length mirror.
