We stayed room 613 fir my fruend bday and everything clean, beautiful decoration and the bed super comfortable.. The rooftop is huge we went for drinks and appetizers. The waiter nice and Liza was amazing brought Happy Birthday sign with Olga name

This is scam hotel, dont bring your family here check in is at 4pm but the service in the beach offered is until 5pm , yes the parking lot if you have a Suv not compact carvis $88 plus taxes per night.

Great location, excellent staff. I stay in the area on a semi regular basis, and I have never stayed at the same place more than once. I think this is my new Go to.

Great the only thing I would point out, my refrigerator was not working properly. Had water leaking unfortunately I had to throw away food.

Horrible horrible I specifically picked this hotel because they had a rooftop pool. I checked in on Saturday at 4 and as I go to the elevator I see a sign saying the rooftop is closed due to a private event. When I was checking in they didn’t even mention the pool would be closed I asked to speak with a manger or supervisor they took my info and said they will call me. Next day was check out and I did not hear from anyone. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for one night for my daughter’s birthday because the one thing she wanted was to hang at beach and go to the rooftop pool. It was very unprofessional that they did not advise prior to booking that the rooftop/pool would be closed.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean, nice bed, good amount of space for a regular room. The check in staff was very nice. I don’t know if I would stay here again because of how horrible getting your car parked is to even be able to check in… which then you need your room info to give to the valet... There are two lines when you get there with no sign directing you to understand one is for hotel guests and the other is for a rooftop bar/restaurant. It took 35 minutes for 3 cars in front of me to be moved to finally be able to get to the valet. The valet staff were very kind and attempted to be helpful but the entire process and design was awful. 55 minutes from arrival until we entered our room.

What an amazing place. The lobby smell great. this is going to be our place to stay when we go to Fort Lauderdale or Miami the place was clean, friendly staff and everything work good in the room. The A/C worked great and the bathroom nice and big. Now the bed it's comfy if you like soft mattresses. If the mattresses were a little firmer it'll be perfect. Easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs and towels. The swimming pool in the 7th floor it was amazing, nice and clean plenty of room to sit and relax. Also the whirlpool was nice and hot although kids shouldn't be allowed in that area because for them it's just another place with water to Splash around and be loud Also the bar was fully stock and bartender who took care of us was very friendly and funny. I wish I can remember his name. The D.J was very good in creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy your drinks. The price for the room was great too. Now having said all this. I think the parking fee was a little stiff, even for me, 45 dollars a day hmmm. Yes they had valet parking service but still a little too much. Now the valet parking personnel was great and courteous but I believe they're short handed specially on the weekends. they had 2 events going on and it was check out time. Like I said short handed. Therefore I don't blame them. Whoever schedule personnel should've seen this. Finally Pedro the valet parking attendant was great, friendly, funny and great advice on places where to find great Cuban food.

Would definitely stay here again!

Staff very nice and helpful. Clean, room spacious and bed very comfortable . But I hope in future will have cleaning and changing sheets every day how it used to be, without putting a request. Coffee machine will be changed to keurig. Over all very good.

We spent happy and pleasant days. We checked in late and there was no water to drink anywhere, not even in the hotel. But it was perfect.

This place i loved. The only thing is the lack of parking when Margaritaville let guess park in the garage. Also called front desk three times and no one picked up. Plus the ice machine on 2 floors wasnt working. But overall really enjoyed it and planning to come back soon.

We made a reservation for a room with balcony/water view, at the time of check in, they said the hotel was sold out, they gave us a room without water view/balcony at he same price we paid for a suite with balcony/water view, they didn’t offer any discount or explanation, the room was dirty, noisy Very bad experience overall

We were never told the pool was closed and how messy it was because of that.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation- it is our first time visiting Florida and we will be back. The hotel had exceptional service - everyone was kind and respectful - from the reception, roof staff and especially the beach staff. We loved the suite - so clean and spacious. The beach was paradise and the roof pool was so relaxing. Thank you again for such a wonderful vacation.

I originally booked a King sized room with the beach view from the balcony, but I was given a room that the view was only facing the dining area on thebfirst floor (S-416). When I arrived it tooked me a long time to get checked in because there was a new hire training on the job. The room seemed really prison like with no artwork on the walls and a small tv as if the room was made-over. The vallet lost my blue card and had me take a pic of the one on the key for future showing inatead of replacing. Hurricane Debby impacted my flight on the day of checkout and I was told I couldn't get a later check out as a courtesy. I requested to stay an additional 2 nights because of my flight cancelation but was told it will be over $350 $100 a day plus resort fees and taxes and parking. So I had to find another hotel after staying several nights prior.

I recently had the misfortune of booking the Costa Hollywood Hotel, and I can tell you right now it won't happen again. From even before I checked in, things went downhill rapidly. Despite looming hurricane and rip current warnings, I was unable to cancel my reservation mere hours after the fully refundable deadline. Then, it was a hassle to find the entrance of the hotel to begin with. Once I finally did find it. the front desk employee claimed the manager was the only person who could assist me, but they were on vacation. While I understand that employees deserve time off, having no substitute supervisor on a Sunday is ridiculous for such a large hotel. To add insult to injury, I was charged double the advertised parking fee. The total cost of my stay skyrocketed due to this unexpected expense. I was charged more in fees and parking than I was the cost of the night at the hotel. While my room was clean, and housekeeping was constantly working hard, the maze-like setup assured the hallways were constantly drenched. Additionally, the incessant noise from construction made sleep impossible, and the paper-thin walls offered no respite from the noise of neighboring rooms. I am still awaiting the final charges on my credit card, but I can already say that this stay was not worth it. Unless management can make major changes, I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are countless other options that will provide a far smoother experience.

My parents were celebrating their 50th anniversary and they made it special for them by leaving a card in the room and a bottle of champagne 🙂
