Absolutely loved the cottage! It’s close enough to the beach that you can pop back for lunch or snacks. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the washer/dryer worked great. The screened-in porch is a game changer, you can sit out for hours and not deal with any bugs. We loved our stay, can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location to beach, local restaurants, and less than a 10 min drive to Rehoboth boardwalk.
The cottage is small but very functional. The bathroom is a bit snug for managing young children after the beach but is great for adults. The outdoor space is cozy and comfortable.
Be aware that during senior week there may be kids renting in this area as I had a run in with some drunk kids and could hear them a bit through the shared wall.

The cottage was very well located, 1/2 short block from beach and main street with restaurants, night life, but very quiet. Very attractively furnished, comfortable heating/cooling, very well appointed kitchen with all utensils needed. Beds were comfortable, Communication with host Jenni was easy and helpful and we appreciated dog friendliness. Many thoughtful additions (bandaids, phone charger stand, basic cooking supplies, etc.
We would be glad to return.

This cottage is a great place to stay! The only complaint I have is the shower is very small...hardly enough room to turn around and espcially hard shaving your legs unless you do them outside the shower before you get in! Jenni is a great hostess and I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed staying at Jenni’s cottage! Our dog loved hanging out on the screened porch watching everyone walking by. We found the cottage well kept, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Parking was great and location perfect.

Very well equipped cottage, everything we needed and everything in good condition. The cottage is small but works for a family of 4. We never need it for more than sleeping and some casual meals. Any down time is spent playing games on the screened in porch and where i enjoyed my coffee in the morning - lovely.The beach entrance is just steps away and a small miniature golf course is at the end of the street. Lots of Dewey restaurants within walking distance. Cannot beat this location!

I can't rave enough about my stay. Jenni was incredible host - kind, attentive and patient with my many questions. Steps from the beach, the cottage had everything we needed and was close enough to restaurants and bars without being in the middle of the fray. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and can't wait to return!

You cannot beat the location and all the ease and convenience that comes with it. It is on the beach block- so only steps to the beach. There are two parking spaces- no hassle of finding a parking space. The heart of downtown Dewey is steps away and the Jolly Trolly stop to take you to Rehoboth is as the end of the street.
It is a cute bungalow style- and it is small, so don’t plan on cooking elaborate meals in the kitchen- grill out instead! but they do have all the utensils you need. The porch is DIVINE and I spent most of my time there. Even during prime bar hours you cannot hear the noise- it is a quiet refuge! The shower is a bit small and there is no outside shower, but that’s the only drawback. For a small family that wants the convenience of not needing to drive and likes being out and about this is the spot for you. This is my second summer renting and I’m already committed to next summer. Owner is very responsive.

Girls trip that was way too short! It was a huge plus that this property didn’t have to be rented for a whole week. Perfect location. Jenni’s real cool and the communication and responsiveness was great. We will definitely be back! Thx!

The cottage is adorable (the screened in porch is a perfect place to hang) and just steps away from the beach and great restaurants.Jenni is welcoming and accessible - a gracious host. We plan to return soon.

The location is wonderful and the small home is as advertised. The porch is the best. Jenni was very responsive to all our questions and needs. A new addition this year is a motion light on the front of the house. It is overly sensitive as it illuminates by the wind and lights up the front bedroom. We had several windy nights during our stay. I suggest that you turn down the sensitivityif that is possible.

This place is perfect for a small family or couple of friends. It may not be the most updated house in the neighborhood, but it is clean, well cared for, and so close to the beach and Main Street of Dewey Beach! It was so great that we could bring our dog here too!

This is the second time visiting this cottage and it did not disappoint. This little hidden gem is just that. The convenience of the location and the charm and beauty of this cottage makes for a perfect vacation get away. Jenni, the owner, is simply wonderful to work with and is very engaged with her renters to ensure you have everything you need.

We had a restful time, and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and off street parking. The property is as close as can be to Rehoboth, and withing walking distance of our favorite coffee spot. I am a big guy, and the shower was a bit cramped. Though overall clean, there was a bit of sand on the furniture that we did not walk in, and there was some mold in the shower. We would enjoy another stay, and realize that being the first weeks of the summer that things were just getting started. We would recommend the property and the hosts, and would return!

I'm ready to go back, the key box was a tad hard to get in...as the salt had it locked or unmovable.....and rugs were all hung on the fence which was detracting, and things left in washing machine.....that was the only small bit of negativity......as I said I'm ready to go back in the fall....thanks for the most heavenly stay!

Cottage was nicely furnished. Yes. Walking distance to beach and dining. Off season provided us with a very quiet relaxing stay. Jenni was very accommodating even bringing over a new queen mattress the day we arrived. Would stay here again.

The cottage is one of the original properties at Dewey, so it is adorably "vintage" - but, it is truly beautifully furnished with all modern conveniences (new kitchen) and is very comfortable with a great screened in porch. My husband and I love original beach homes and will try to stay in this one each time we visit Dewey - we liked it that much!! It was truly charming and our golden retriever loved it too. We had a GREAT long winter weekend and really loved winter walks on the beach and hanging out in our cozy little cottage watching football and reading.
