Looks nice upon entering. Staff was freindly and helpful. Elevator thumps loud and hard, seems to need work and carpet in it is very dirty. There is no hot tub, large pool. Pool water cold didn't seem heated. Room was okay, biggest compaints were the very stained and filthy carpets, thin old and rough bath towels and extremely cheap thin toilet paper, the kind your lucky enough to have in a port a potty. Breakfast china was a nice touch but would rather have fresh choice of food. Regular eggs from mix were fine, as was some sort of sausage if you eat meat, stale bread, inedible hocky puck french toast sticks, fruit salad with orange rinds left on it was old and soured. Nice outdoor area with fire pit iff dining room. Brought food outaide and waa lovked out, hubby waa still inside and had keys, so be aware of that ;) Price was approx 115, you get what you pay for. Got free drinks with hotels.com booking, had a choice of soda or water becuase we were told everything else was "too expensive" lol. Way to make your guests feel special!

It was very nice, everything was modern and very clean. And the free breakfast was amazing ❤️

The elevator was broken , and we were on the second floor. My husband has a medical condition the makes climbing stairs difficult for him . The manager helped us Cary our bags upstairs and made himself available to carry things down at departure. I would stay here again as I’m sure this was a one time problem.

Breakfast was a godsend, staff was fantastic, rooms were a little dusty and the elevator was broken, but overall it was great

Jerome the front desk receptionist is obviously hating his job. He is extremely rude and sarcastic. Hotel is dated and could not provide extra towels. The elevator was broken and bathroom had water damage. The worst part was the noisy air conditioner that rattled all night. Run away from this hotel as Jerome loved to say he is not a manager and this hotel is independently owned.

I booked a room here for my sister who was visiting us. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable property and my sis said she slept well on a comfy bed.

Really enjoyed the firepit and the atmosphere was quiet.

I liked the location it was exactly where I wanted to be. I did not like that you had to request maid service every day at a specific time.

This is a great place to stay. It's super quiet and there are several restaurants within a short walking distance. The beds are wonderful and very comfortable..

Very clean, comfortable, staff friendly, and the b’fast was absolutely perfect and delicious.

Our room was great and the beds were comfortable. My only real complaint is that while the pool room was warm, the pool itself was kinda chilly. Other than that, I had a great experience at this hotel. My only recommendation is to put new carpet throughout. It seemed old and a little dirty and took away from the rest of the hotel. Service was great. Front desk people were friendly and a joy to deal with. Overall experience... Excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay, TV worked, with a very simple to read, laminated guide by TV Shower easy to operate 💦👍Real plates and cups for coffee! Real silverware☺️good breakfast👍 air conditioner reasonably quiet. No noise from hallway☺️

Awesome place to stay, the front desk staff is very nice and always willing to help when they can! I’ve stayed here a handful of times and would recommend to anyone!

It was nice, clean, reasonably priced, however I did experience an issue with the water getting too hot in the shower and the sink. No matter how much I tried to turn down the temp, it was still near scalding. I let the lady at the front desk know about it in the morning, she said that she would take care of it.

Staffs were friendly

Staff gave incorrect breakfast hours and breakfast staff member accused one of the children of not actually being a hotel guest and spoke directly to him instead of speaking to his father who was accompanying him.

Clean place, sound environment to live and lovely breakfast.

The landscaping maintenance is lacking. The surrounding properties are not noteworthy. However, everything about the interior and the staff and service was excellent
