In a run down area, there is no reception you need to goto the Mecure Hotel next door, it's advertised as has a pool. You have to rent towels from Mecure Hotel and pay to use the pool a 5 minute walk away.

It is ok to spend the night after travelling by ferry.

The dinner in the restaurant/pizzeria was upsetting, poor service and lack of options

looked like the hotel was abandoned in the 70s. overgrown shoulder high grass, wooden shutters over the old reception. the facilities were at the hotel across the road….reception, restaurant etc. the food was awful, over priced and if you wanted a burger you got the meat and nothing else….everything on the menu was not available, the breakfast was laughable. ants invaded every room and were all over the corridors. not a pleasant place to stay for even 1 night.

Apparently we been upgraded to other hotel nearby ,where was reception, about this we found out just in the morning (we were sure ,that we stayed in 3* one,not 4*,so we didn't complained about nothing,but night accident) Have large Parking. They got Beautiful white area with sofas. View from balcony was amazing and sound of the ocean at night ,just amazing.

At night we got lost as GPS took us to this hotel (with name we booked), and the reception and everything was dark-off, till I found accidentally some worker from other hotel, who said that reception for our hotel is in that hotel ?? With 0 signs of that. Problem was that ,receptionist almost didn't speak in English so he wasn't able to explain nothing to me from my 12 calls. Plate at breakfast was dirty, eggs with shells ,but thank you for making them as there was not much to choose from. Room was next to some toilet or something , water always been flashing and someone talking laud.(not isolated sound)

The only good thing was Antonio. Kind and helpful

They assured me I would be reimbursed since I had to check out a day early due to a family emergency, but when I checked out I was told that I would have to contact booking to get my money back for the difference… The beach left alot to be desired and the pool area had very rude people.

Only the location. The hotel is nice but it is not well maintained

The breakfast is terrible, but the worst was the staff attitude. They don't know how to treat the guest. The approach was negative very lazy, no smiling. Bad at all!

Actually staying at next door hotel mercure as baia del sol looked derelict.Lot of confusion on arrival as taxi dropped us of at an empty hotel overgrown with weeds.Also booked as it had a pool but unfortunately they did not mention the 45 euro price for a family to use the pool
