It's within walking distance to a lot of things. The staff is friendly. The room was small but clean.

When we first arrived the receptionist was kind and gladly helpful to us regarding direction to the P-house. We checked in and as we entered our room (515) there were hair stains on both beds, and even on the bathroom sink. There were also some yellow coloured fluied on the toilet seat, and under it. Those yellow coloured fluids were also on the floor, there were also hair in the bathroom, and even a lonely bug in the shower area.

It was good.

First time to Denmark. Wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, train station. Even a mall across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

Arrived late. Hotel was not really good at helping me to find a restaurant that was open, as I needed food. Other people had the same issue. In the end after running around I found a really service minded Portuguese Tapas and Wine bar with great outcome.

This is my second stay at this property . The hotel is clean and nice . The location is ideal close to all restaurants and shops.

Clean, simple, no muss no fuss, friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, easy check out. Will be staying with Zleep again if possible.

Great hotel. Lies next to station and small mall with some shops, cinema and restaurants. Parking is at a Qpark which is located some minutes by car to reach but not so far to walk back to hotel. Room was nice. Didn’t have any tea/coffee machine in room however downstairs you could purchase coffee/tea for 20 DK. We didn’t include breakfast.

The hotel is well situated near the main transport hub, and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Parking is in the Campus parking lot, do not go the the one at the bus station. You pay for parking at the hotel at a greatly reduced rate. Breakfast was over priced so we went to a local bakery instead. Rooms basic, but very clean and everything you needed. Staff super helpful

a small hotel situated near a railway station and a bus station. Opposite a shopping centre. The hotel offers a simple, tasty breakfast, it is clean and pleasant, just right for a short business trip.

This is a quite nice, modern hotel located quite close to the main railway station (walking distance). Compared to several other hotels in the city it is modern and has sensibly sized rooms. It also offers a convenient self check-in service that may just spare you some time from queuing. The downside is that it must be just about the only hotel in Northern Europe offering rooms without an electric kettle. No fridge either. So if you want a cup of tea or a cold bottle of water, you have to go elsewhere than your room. Also, the luggate storage room is unlocked and unattended, so use it at your own risk.

We needed a place to stay for just one night and we found the hotel easy to find, good service and easy parking in a parking lot very near the hotel. Good location near the center of Aalborg.

Modern hotel very close to the city center. They offer a parking in a parking house close to the hotel which is a plus. Room was modern and clean. Fairly good value for the money!

A hotel that works alright for basically putting in your earplugs and crash in bed, but not a place you want to spend time. I probably should have done a little more research about the location of this hotel, but this was my first time in Aalborg and I'm not familiar with the town. "Central" is an understatement since it's located literally at the bus terminal in a grey and industrial setting, which is convenient, but super uncharming. I arrived before check-in time, which usually in normal hotels is never a problem if the room is available, but here I had to pay 100DKK for a service called "early check-in" even though the room was all set, which is just silly. They also didn't offer a safe place for storing luggage during the waiting time, what they have is a little half-shady closet that anyone from the street can access to, which ment I decided I rather pay for getting into my room than to loose my luggage. The room was very spartanly (un)decorated. A carpet of some sort would've been nice. No closet. Plastic cups instead of glass, which is very unenvironmental (and also not that pleasant). Very thin walls, and unfortunately a lot of party guests in the other rooms. On the plus side: Decent cleaning, big bed, wifi working, nice shower temperature and dark curtains. Didn't have the breakfast so can't review on that. Check-out super smooth. They also helped ordering a cab for me which was nice. But overall, I don't recommend.

Nice and modern hotel. Clean. Parking at q park was a bit expensive.

The hotel was nice and clean , they offer self check-in. Our room was a bit tiny, but nice and clean, good beds. Bathroom was also nice. Its located not far from the railwaystation and 15 minutes walk to the tourist areas. The hotel offer discounted parking in a nearby q-park(ing) house. They deliver bad service as always. Read the instructions carefully, and if you do not get out, push the bottom on the automat, and speak with q-park staff. I parked and went back to the hotel, in heavy rain, just to be told to push button on the excit automat.

Clean, nice, not the best view but good location to the city and easy access from the trainstation. Nicest staff - so friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel if I’m ever going to Aalborg again 😀

Good clean hotel. We just had some issues with no iron available and during the evening/night there was no water in the room.

Pleasant stay.

A great stay. Super friendly staff and new and very clean hotel in a perfect location. Only downside is the ventilation system which all new built Danish buildings have to have and that you can’t turn off. Not the hotels fault, but if you are a little sound and draft sensitive it might bother you
