The service and interactions with employees was wonderful but our hotel room was not very clean. There were stains on the floor.

It was a short stay but a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and room was great love the layout of the bathroom in the back !

The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. They had 24/7 coffee brewer that grinds fresh coffee beans we liked. The staff were friendly and spoke with you. The breakfast was average missing some we were used to like bacon slices and fresh waffles or pancakes. They had ground sausages and bacon crumbs. I did like the oatmeal with nuts and cranberries though. It was very close to the highway for easy entry and exit.

This was a quick stay to see my grand kids. The staff were very nice and attentive to my needs. I would like to have a better breakfast like pancakes or waffles and change up the coffee creamer like some caramel mochiato would be nice. Maybe bigger shower towels they are a little small.

Our stay at Garner Clarksville was very disappointing. The grandkids were very excited to swim in the hotel pool- but the water was green and smelled terrible, so they were not able to. When I asked at the front desk, the girl had no idea who took care of the pool and seemed totally unconcerned about it. The breakfast was so-so and had the same tortillas, eggs and sausage all 3 days. (The breakfast staff person was very nice and helpful though). There were only 2 hangers in the closet and 1 small drawer for storage which was quite inconvenient; the pillows were hard and the bed was lumpy. We will not stay here again.

The morning breakfast was fairly bad, with few choices. Housekeeping woke us in the morning at 8 or so to ask if we were staying or leaving, and when we checked out the woman at the desk was less than polite.
The only plus was the cleanliness of the room.

The front desk personnel was very friendly and engaging and helpful. Love the free cookie and refreshing free water. The room was clean and spacious.

Staff was friendly, rooms were as shown in pictures. Nice and clean hotel. Only thing we thought was the pillows were nice and fluffy until you put your head and then the became hard! I would stay here again!

I would describe stay as average. Its an IHG Hotel but the Holiday Inn X across the way would've likely been better.
The room lacked amenities such as warer cups and coffee maker was removed. No Ice machine access or water station. Had to ask front desk for ice. When I asked about water station they said didnt have bottled water either.
Continental breaky was instsnt eggs, nothing fresh.
Id rate this hotel average.

There’s a hotel being built next door and it seems the men working there are staying at this hotel. If so, they should house them on the first floor of rooms and rest of the guests should’ve been housed on 3rd and 4th floors as they were very noisy overnight, doors slamming, loud talking/ yelling. I get it’s Friday night but most people are stopping through to SLEEP. The gaps under the doors are very wide and let in a lot of noise even from people just closing doors and speaking normally. Wish the pet friendly rooms did not have carpet and were on the 4th floor to minimize hearing people above.

The property itself was very nice, the hotel room I’ve had reserved for awhile now was dirty. Which makes me and my partner wonder if the sheets we slept on were clean because the fridge still had food in it and there was dog hair, a beer box as well. So overall our experience wasn’t the worst but not as good as it should’ve been.

Traveled with my dog, and room was great. Clean, comfy, and quiet. Top floor hall was a bit musty smelling, but not noticeable in our room. For dinner, was able to walk my dog across the road to partner property with restaurant/bar and sat in the lobby with her and ordered our meal. Staff at both locations were helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone traveling with their pet. Would definitely return if in the area again.

New property, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was with variety of healthy options.
From desk clerks clearly are not knowledgeable and know how to properly check a guest in. Long wait time and not very accommodating. I from out of State, booked through Expedia and paid everything in full ahead of time. Upon arrival, young lady at the front desk was on her phone, distracted… I place my Credit card on file for $50 incidentals, needless to say I was noticed hours later that my card was charged $116.06 for the first night. The next day was charged another $116.06, so I attempted to speak with the manager on duty just to be told that she is unavailable because she is prepping breakfast. I waited over an hour and was given some bogus explanation that clearly didn’t make any sense, manager assured me that I won’t be charged again and that my card would removed from their system and that I a hold of $222.27 should’ve never been placed on my card. On the third day, Garner Hotel attempted to charge another 90.17; which I disputed, once at the front desk, the clerk was overwhelmed due to lack of knowledge and again the manager was not available. Contacted Expedia to explain and confirm that payment was received at completion of booking prior to arrival. After being in the phone and on hold for almost an hour, Expedia and Hotel dusted me that the hold will come off within 48 hours and that I should never been charged that amount. Never in 12 yrs of using Expedia have I experienced this.

The hotel is in serious need of remodeling or refurbishing. The carpet going into my room was ripped and loose, creating a trip hazard. The bed was comfortable so that was good. I just needed a place to stay while traveling west.

Everyone was friendly. Everything seemed clean. However, we didnt get housekeeping for some reason. Even after we requested it. Also the AC did not keep the set temperature very well.

I would like to try them again when they aren't having computer issues. The manager was on the phone because there was an upgrade completed that changed their reservations. It delayed check in, rooms werent ready/cleaned. I think some of this was definitely out of their control.

I was told they didnt have any clean rooms after i booked my room,and after 4 days im getting told this hotel wont refund me for a room the hotel didnt have available. And now this sote womt publish my review because it is not a good one. 5th time ive tried to give my review and it has been denied with no profanity or information that is not supposed to be on there.

What a nightmare! We arrived around 4pm and find out the power was off due to storm that went through at 9am in the morning. Which we totally understood.(Angie)asked if we could wait about and hour or so for our room to be ready due to the power outage, so we waited. We had no problem waiting. When the room became ready, we went to 321 and found out the TV only had sound and no picture. We went down and spoken to Angie again (who did everything she could) told us maintenance would fix it, we than decided to go to Dinner and wait it out again. About 1 1/2 hours later we came back to find our room key did not open the door. (our suitcase were locked in the room along with my husband's medicine) We went back and forth 3 times down to the lobby but it still wouldn't work. She again called maintenance to come fix out door. We stay in the main lobby from 6:30pm until 9:45 pm before we could get in the room, she finally found a master key to open the door, which we had asked about 2 1/2 hours earlier.
Maintenance and the managers where no where to be found. Other guest that arrived tired we given bedding to clean they own rooms that the cleaning staff didnt finished after the lights came on. Very disappointing that the managers and maintenance were not on site to help with the problems that came up.
We totally understand the storm happened but a TV not working all night and locked out of our room for 2 1/2 hours was not worth $160 dollars a night. DO NOT STAY HERE

I made a reservation online with Expedia. When I got to the hotel, they said they had my reservation, but no room was available for me. This was at 10 o’clock at night. I was stuck, scrambling trying to find her hotel that had availability this late at night.

I used my credit card for incidentals, left the room in satisfactory condition and two weeks later the deposit is still on my card. I had to dispute the payment with my bank. The front desk associate was in training and seemed to be unsure about how to process cards. New hotel and new staff. Hotel is next to interstate so it could be hard to sleep for light sleepers. Breakfast was good.
