Clean property. Friendly staff. Only complaint is we couldn’t order a movie, the tv was having issues. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The amenities were amazing

This is the 2nd time I stayed there. The place needs TLC compared with my 1st stay a year before. There was no hot water on the 2nd night we stayed. My husband went to bed without a shower. The front desk didn't even know there was no hot water until we called them. I will not stay at this hotel again if I travel around the area.

Great location, a lot of restaurants near the hotel and its located near Tampa Premium Outlets and other stores.

Plenty of dining and shopping options, some of them walkable. Great space, huge room, great location, variety of food options on property too. I’d stay there again. They must have very open policies though as one of the housecleaners was always speaking quite loudly with adult language on personal phone calls while cleaning rooms halfway down the hall from my room. She made no apologies about it either.

Off of 75 very convenient

We have stayed several times for my mom’s treatment and Drs apppts. We like its proximity to restaurants and close access to 75 without being downtown. Prior stays have been very good, but this last stay was just off. Things were missing from each of our rooms. Not as clean as before either. Simple items like mugs for coffee and shower mats- I asked housekeeping to provide only they don’t speak any English, so we had to get creative to communicate. iDK, they were nice enough. Also, I called to get adjoining rooms the night prior to check in, told to call back in the morning only to be placed on hold for over 20 min. When we arrived they could only find rooms next to each other rather than adjoined rooms, which was fine but I feel that could have been sorted night before as it was also noted on reservations. I feel like corners are being cut at this hotel and not in a good way. Wouldn’t stay again- will try another in the area next time around.

Expected more from a Hyatt hotel . Elevators dirty , mattress pad stains , carpet had spots and was filthy .

The cleanliness and convenience.

Front desk staff did a great job with check in despite the internet outages. Breakfast was your average breakfast buffet. Breakfast/restaurant staff were amazing!! Constantly replenishing breakfast items and cleaning all the time. Friendly and caring. Housekeeping staff did not do a good job in our room. The bed was poorly made, they just pulled up the duvet cover over the crumpled sheet underneath, the garbage was not removed and our used towels were still on the floor in the shower. Someone needs to be monitoring the housekeeping staff. I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent! Tony the front desk assistant manager was so nice and fun to talk to. He gave us ideas of what to do around the area that didn’t even have brochures. I also want to thank the maintenance man that fixed our shower. The pressure for the shower was very low so I saw him and asked him if he could do anything for it. He immediately came to our room and fixed it. Great stay and great staff!

The room was exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
