I had such a lovely stay here... the reception staff were incredibly helpful despite being so busy and assisted me with my booking as I decided to upgrade to one of the larger rooms at the front. It was bliss and i loved the balcony and sea view - however the pool is great and even without a sea view those staying at the hotel really are in a great spot just across from the beach. The food was consistent and considering the huge numbers, it never felt rushed.

This is a nice hotel and everything worked fine. International standard. Situated on the other side of the street to the beach with special offers for drinks, towels and sunbeds included. WI-FI was excellent.

Parking is a hassle, as everywhere in urban areas in Spain. But with a some patience and luck you'll find a spot, eventually. Be ready to drive around 10-15-20 minutes - and to spend same amount of time to walk back to the hotel from where you parked the car.

Friendly and mostly helpful staff. Good location. Air conditioning was ice cold. Room was dated but comfortable. Shower was powerful.

We were given a twin bed room when we requested a double (it was our wedding anniversary so not too impressed :D!). The rooms and bathrooms are very dated but comfortable - the shower was powerful but flooded the bathroom a little. We had an emergency and had to change our flights and come home early so needed to sleep the night before (we had an early flight), the hotel entertainment started at 22:00-23:00 right outside our balcony and was extremely loud. When checking out, the hotel said they would see if they could get us a refund for the 2 remaining nights and took our email address. I have contacted them several times (directly and through booking.com) and they have ignored all messages.

The pool loungers are very close to each other. Hotel should change its title from adults recommended to senior recommended 😀 Lots of senior people living there. Outdated bathroom. There was no shampoo, conditionier, body cream or other stuff that used to be in 4 stars hotels.

Location was perfect. Breakfast very bland, no atmosphere only had it twice.

No toiletries in the room we were in the Junior Suite, there was only shower gel and shampoo in the shower.

We have stayed in the Angela 3 times now and find the hotel really clean and the staff very friendly the location is also great

The beds are a little hard and the toilet paper is really thin and cheap

The hotel is extending double in size ! the construction work should be mention on the website and that the indoor pool is closed! Nevertheless the offer is vlaue for money!

The outdoor pool was superb. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. It was a nice quiet hotel with mostly older clientele. The staff at reception were very helpful. We would stay here again.

There was a broken tile on the floor of the bedroom which made noise every time it was stepped on. The quality of the dinner buffet wasn't great but the breakfast buffet was good. The lifts in the hotel are rickety and in need of being updated.

People should be informed that this hotel is adapted to senior people. All evening's entertaiment is for senior people and there is almost everybody at this age. And most horrible thing is that next area to the hotel is in process of contruction as there is alot of noise from early morning. No parking if you have rented a car for exploring
