The service from the reception staff was not friendly or helpful and you were made to feel like you an inconvenience. The knowledge of the local area was poor with no extra effort to help with queries.

Very nice room and hotel. On site dining was very spendy for a family. We had to walk to train station for coffee, nothing in the room.

Hostel type bed in an old and small room. Towels were old and one of them dirty. Stain on one bed sheet. Breakfast very basic (very few options, average quality items). Entrance and parking inconvenient. Safebox was nog working and they did not come to fix it. The hotel is clearly understaffed (but the staff was friendly and were trying their best).

There was human excrement on my son’s sheet when we got into the room. The lady at reception changed the sheets and offered us a free drink at the bar. It was 9:30 at night and my children are young so not helpful.
Not really acceptable but it wasn’t her fault.
Won’t be staying at the brand of hotel again as the compensation offer was nowhere near sufficient. Very disappointed.

The hotel is very close to the train station, about 5 min walk. It is about 15 to 20 min walk to the city center. A bit inconvenient at night as there are no stores or restaurants nearby. It's next to the parking lot and train station, did not feel too safe since it was very quiet. The rooms are nice but there are no doors to the shower and tub area, which I found very inconvenient and uncomfortable as I travelled with family.

Nice room and friendly staff. However, the access to this property from the train station is very confusing. Better signage directing guests to the hotel would be helpful. It was also confusing on where guests were to go with waiting on taxi pick up.

Booked this as was driving from the uk and it was great as there is a huge car park right out the front and is only €6.50 per day. Hotel is very modern and rooms very clean and the staff were always friendly. We didn’t eat and drink in the hotel so can’t comment on that but did look nice as we passed through. The location is out of town but is an easy 15 min walk to the centre.

A lovely stay and the family room worked well with out two young children. Only criticism is that check-out was very slow at 9am. A very long queue with only one person on the desks.

Nice hotel in an area just outside the city centre. Pleasant 15 minute walk to get in. Hotel was spotless and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Just OK. Let down by poor staff training. Meal in black swan was chaotic due to new staff having to get on with it. Reception not passing on much info at check in and not being interested at check out. Room was ok with good bathroom. Lighting in bedroom was poor especially at this time of year.

I have booked a suite for my family, but we found the shower is not covered. When I explained to the receptionist that we need a family friendly room they downgraded my room and refused to refund the difference saying that the images on the site are clearly showing the shower doesn’t has a door or any cover.
I have reviewed my booking through Hotels.com and no any image or information about this and my reservation mentioned clearly that my booking is for a family with kids. I am really feeling very disappointed of the way the manger of the shift managed this. I used to be a customer for Radisson blu in different countries, and I think they are loosing their loyal customers by this unprofessional way.

I was expecting more from a Radisson Blu property. The worst thing was the location, it was shockingly bad. Desolate surroundings, and even though it wasn’t that far to walk to the centre you had to cross various highways and it didn’t feel safe either. No way would I have walked back to the hotel late at night!
The room was also dirty in places and neither spacious nor luxurious.
Staff, however, were amazing… friendly, efficient and personable.

To sum up, it’s a modern, minimalistic hotel room.
I like that it’s next to Brugge train station with free shuttle into Bruges center, but the hotel surroundings and parking lot could do with some trees, greenery, thus felt very industrial. Staff and service were courteous and helpful. The bathroom though could do with a towel bar or hook by the sink for the hand towels and a door hook for your pj/ clothes.
They had electric kettle with coffee, tea bags including herbal tea bag and even hot chocolate!
Oh, the King size bed is actually 2 twin beds with a filler in between. Should have a king size mattress topper to eliminate the feel of stiff mattress edgings.
Other than these minor issues, hotel and room was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was really well sign posted from the train station so easy to find after a long day travelling

The room was just ok. Small, no kitchen amenities. The bathroom sink was stopped up and would not drain. The girl from the front desk said no technician is available and at my insistence came up with a colleague to try to plunge the sink. It did not work. Instead of offering to move us to a room with a working sink, she offered us vouchers for free drinks at the bar.

It was spotless and staff were friendly and very reasonably price meals in comparison to Bruge itself

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is right next to the train station and a quick 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Bruges. The hotel is beautiful and accomodating and rooms were clean and had everything you need. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious! I highly recommend fir you Bruges atay!
