Decent breakfast, AC not working, lots of traffic noise and people listening to music on the street. It has a secure gated parking lot. Close to Revolucion and my dentist. Extra firm bed. Its a average hotel. I would like a room not looking on the street. A softer mattress would be nice also.I would stay here again for the price and location.

They over charged me from the original price, the food was salty, dont let them charge in dollars, they screw you out of another 10 bucks or more due to "their exchange rate", wich is much lower than your banks, ask to be charged in pesos at the rate you agreed or, make sure its the same as offer trough your app in dollars.

It was a standard room which was extremely small but I made it work and it was very clean but also very noisy because I was on the street side.

Terrible front desk service, the clerk wouldn’t check me in 15 min before 3pm come to find out because her shift was over at 3 pm and coworker had not showed up to relieve her; therefore I had to wait 20 minutes after 3 pm until reliving clerk showed up and changed to uniform.

Expedia doesn’t send reservations to them. They were overbooked and I got the last room. Made me pay again and now I’m being charged thru Expedia and have to deal with credit card and Expedia. Charged me for my reservation and I paid for a different room on another credit card. Hotel said Expedia wouldn’t charge! And the next day I showed them and they said I have to deal with my bank and Expedia!!!!!

It was a quick walk to border I enjoyed pancakes breakfast, my wife enjoyed chilaquiles, eggs, potatoes, and beans. They also had cookies, oatmeal , and bananas and good coffee... Very clean and sweet staff...

Horrible experience. Water pressure low, water continued to pull cold water for showers. The room was tiny with blankets pillows had stains. Towels were either washed incorrectly and just had so many stains. Cleaning staff did ok, had a horrible experience with the front desk accusing me of checking on even though I had just checked in on Friday night. Had to argue and allowed me to finally keep my room after a few words of exchange. I will not recommend any person to have avoid this business at all costs.

The staff was ok. The parking is gated so car is safe. Rooms were clean but room smelled a lot like cigarettes and there was a no smoking sign. But everything else was good. Breakfast was really good. Good for the night and was quiet.

Overall stay was fine. The only issue is when showering your water temperature is slightly above cold. You have to also leave a cash only deposit when checking in.

I wanted to pay on the app not at hotel because they charge you what ever they want when you get there so won’t be reserving if cannot pay up front also on Expedia it says it included free breakfast and when we asked they said our reservation did not include the free breakfast so I won’t be staying there again .

The Hotel itself is pretty nice. Check in was pretty easy. The service was good overall. They did ask for a $500 pesos deposit which was refunded at check out. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and microwave. I loved it was not noisy at night.

Not bad if you want to just stay close to El Centro and save some money. Blanket was very old and itchy. If we go again I will ask for extra sheets or take my own cover.

The stay was good however the guy who was doing our checkin at the time was not meeting customers satisfaction. I don’t know what kind of day he was having but I felt he was being bother by any question I was asking and rushing me with my checkin details.

They charged $25 deposit for your key if you lose your receipt, you won’t get your money back make sure to ask for it if you stay here and you have to pay 5 dollar for the TV remote Notice it’s 16 inch TV lol

Personnel at Front desk are rude. No greeting or acknowledgement at check in. Takes and average of 10 to 15 minutes for 1 person to check in. They figure out their own exchange rate and not what's on the reservation. They also charge an extra $25 deposit fee for the remote control and room key.

Very Pleasat experience!. We did the check-in out of time, but the clerk was very polite and professional. He explained the rules and policies, and what was included on the fee. He asked for a deposit and the way I would get it back.
The lady from the restaurant was very kind and helpful, the tables were clean and the food they served for breakfast was very good, so congratulations to their Chef and all the team at Hotel America. I will recommend it to my family and frieds.

No refrigerator or microwave, or iron , no coffee inside room. 2) price good and affordable. Shower not safe easy to fall need a shower mat , need to fix shower door.. but my #1 the Bed really comfortable and pillows, no complain of that. I stayed 2 nights 10/16 , and 10/17 23.
