We had a great few days stay. Loved the location and the facility. Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. Shout out to Yani, Dani, Blanca, Mau, and Mariana- appreciated their making our stay perfect.

I was expecting a better experience, after reading other reviews, the service wasn’t well. The food was ok in the morning but over all the experience wasn’t pleasant .

Bathrooms are WAY to small and crowded, must have shower door open to use toilet.No Air Conditioning in rooms.

The room is very nice and it has all I needed for a good night. The girls at front desk are very politr and friendly. Definitely will comeback!.

The staff is amazing! Claudia, Jesús, Vhon and Yani go above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel is very clean, quiet and a great location. We walked everywhere, at all times of thebday and felt very safe. Claudia makes the best breakfast FRESH! chilaquiles, beans and an omelet..yum!! Make sure to try the variety of hot chocolates they have for sale in the café. We can't wait to visit again

A nuestra llegada, Yani nos recibió con una sonrisa y super amable nos dió la información necesaria. La habitación es cómoda, limpia y muy agradable. El hotel tiene una vibra muy relajada que nos gustó mucho. Al día siguiente Claudia y Brenda nos agradaron con un desayuno super rico. La atención es muy amable lo cual hace de la experiencia una muy grata. Recomendación: tener cuidado al estacionar en el estacionamiento de Villa Longín, el joven encargado de atender es muy agresivo y tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. Agradecemos a la gerencia del hotel por apoyarnos en esta situación y darnos la opción de estacionar en otro lugar. A parte de eso... podríamos decir que nuestra estancia cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

This property was beautiful! When traveling with teenagers it was great to have a jr. suite to give them their own space. The hotel itself had a wonderful rooftop sitting area. The staff was wonderful in the day time and the evening time. They were always very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The good. Within walking distance of everything you’d want to do in Morelia. Hotel is beautiful, and was obviously refurbished recently. The art and minimalist furnishing reminds me of Art hotels in Toronto. The little sets of tables and chairs scattered around are also a lovely touch, as were the desks in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d say the best on our five week moto trip. The bad. Wifi was spotty. I don’t think this was the uplink (130/10), but more the off brand 11n AP they have serving the rooms. My partner and I both work remotely, so this was a bit of a pain. Parking is 150MXN per day (not 75 as advertised) and it’s not located in the Hotel. The hotel gives you a discount for. 3rd party indoor parking garage nearby. Normal rate is 250 a day. People who operate the lot do not speak English and were difficult to deal with. Cleanliness of the rooms (everywhere else was fine) was so so. Floor was a bit sticky, and we found a receipt from a couple of weeks before we arrived + hair by the sofa. I know it’d hurt the minimalist aesthetic but some pillows for the small chairs wouldn’t hurt, as they’re painful to use for long periods. The roof top area is under developed. Would have been a lovely place to get some sun, or to work from, but there’s nothing up there except a few plants. Honestly i’m probably being overly critical because all other aspects of this hotel were fantastic.

We found the rooms of this hotel really nice. The design is clean and absent of clutter. It is nicely located close to the "Callejon del Romance" that is the relation with the name. Alley of Romance is full of nice restaurants and it is really pretty. Closeby there is the "Calzada de Fray Antonio" which is a gorgeous 100% pedestrian avenue where people go to take their weedings or Sweet 15 pictures. Closeby there is Therai a nice garden with all kinds of Teas in an old house. It is also close to the "Arcos" and the "Fuente de Tarascas". Overall is centered between the Arcos and the Francisco I Madero Street. The Plaza is closeby in a nice walk. You do not need to stay in front of the Plaza, this is a better value and more quiet. It is also quiet because all rooms have windows facing the Patio. It is an old style Spanish Patio with a preserved Orange Tree. You will find that they also make Chocolate in the traditional regional style. It is delicious. I found this place a hidden gem. It is not crowded because it is a "newish" hotel only 18 months old. For a night we had the hotel for ourselves and the service was splendid!

Stayed for 3 days, service was awful, room Extremely cold, asked for a Blanket that was never provided. One day the room was not made. Location is Ok, 15 min walk from center. Would not recommend.
