Not often i leave reviews on here but this was a great hotel with excellent service and outstanding food.

The hotel is about a half block from either the bus stop or the train stop. It is walking distance to a quaint little section to go shopping or to eat. The check-in staff was very friendly and very nice. I will definitely be staying there the next time I go over to see my son.

The quality of breakfast is below average. For a four star hotel, the breakfast is not even a bare minimum, and the number of items on the menu have also decreased ( for example baked tomato). There is limited food for people with healthy diets ( for example crackers, low sugar jams, etc.) . Additionally the hotel is mostly occupied by buses full of people which means the morning rush and refilling of the breakfast is a challenge.

There was a continuous loud humming noise in the wall.
The AC didn‘t function at all.
Opening the window was no option as there was very loud noise from the nearby trains and the street below.

Very friendly staff, very clean and in perfect condition, we missed nothing. Good parking possibilities at the weekend. Close to train station but quite.

Excellent place to stay. Next door restaurant (Miss Jones) is really good. Metro station 3 minutes walk to connect anywhere in Europe.

This modern, recently refurbished hotel was great. The staff could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well maintained, the bed comfortable, the coffee excellent and the bathroom clean and hygienic.

Nice clean hotel. It is somewhat noisy as it is located next to the freeway and next to a major train corridor. Also, they would not make available a refrigerator in my room, so not really suitable for a longer term stay

Overall it was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to fix any issue and make sure the stay was satisfactory. This hotel has the most universally excellent staff of any hotel that I have stayed at.
The cleaning staff was somewhat sloppy.

Nice new hotel which is in good condition, however the air conditioning in the room was completely ineffective. Turned as cold as possible with fan on full and barely a whisper of air. Staff were fantastic, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good too.

Fantastic location just outside The Hague, close to the cosy Voorburg center. Close access to transportation to other destinations. Modern, clean, and very welcoming staff.

Excellent hotel in every way. I did not eat breakfast there so can't comment on the food, but the room itself and overall simplicity and design were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

For the most part the property is very nice and I do enjoy staying there, but they could at least use water kettles in the rooms so you can have a cup of tea or coffee without having to do room service or go downstairs to the restaurant

Close and easy to hit all freeways minister away fro a very large shopping centre and close to a fantastic snack stand as well with great food.

The proxemity to a train station (approx. 200 meter in a straight line) is very covenient. Room was spacious. Standard cleaning is every 3 days which is a good thing in terms of environmental conscerns but it may not be convenient to everybody. Only anoying little thing in my experience was the shower water pressure. May also have to do with water saving, who knows.
