Staff was excellent and very helpfull. Location not in city center but when learn to use bus system "witch was cheap" then no problem.

It was a great experience staying here!! Every staff are so kind and professional!! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Burgas!!!

Lovely hosts but very basic hotel. Good for a single overnight stay.

Don’t overlook this diamond of a hotel because you don’t see the incredible value of the very charming staff and their caring service. This hotel’s value is in that service. I loved my room and the lovely breakfast and dinner, loved its situation in town near to Kaufland, Lidl snd Plaza Mall. But the relationship with the hotel’s manager Mariya, ever so helpful and kind, is the aspect that will keep bringing clients to Burgas.

Well did not use all the services of the hotel, but had contact before our arrival and service was superb, helpful with transport etc. View could have been better, but we went there to sleep:)

We did have an issue at first because a previous guest had smoked in the room so it smelled. The staff helped by finding a room which did not smell of smoke. Apart from that the staff were all excellent and very helpfulp. I believe we would be happy to stay there again

Very friendly reception. They provide bicycle for free. The room was large and clean. It is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with coffees.

Very limited breakfast. Bad faces and manners when you ask to cook an omelette. Located far from sea and harbour

The reception was friendly, the room was very big and nice and new and clean. But the shower was not very good. It didn’t drain and the toilet and hand basin were in the shower so everything was always wet. Yuk!

We found the hotel to be the perfect base for a weekend away. Checkin was very pleasant, the staff made us feel really welcome. It is great value for money and the rooms are super clean. We'll be back!

It was a great experience. Host Maria and reception staff was extremely helpful helpful and welcoming. I had dinner from hotel restaurant during my stay and it was really good . For the money you pay it is well worth it. I would recommend my friends definitely and will be staying again soon .

The place looked nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. But there were problems with power outages at night. So we went to shower and sleep with the light of my cellphone. In my opinion, the hotel must bring a generator to back up the electricity and / or raise the power ampere.

I had to stay overnight to rest from a long drive and this small family hotel seemed as a good choice. Although surroundings is not what you would expect from coastal area ( hotel is actually behind Kaufland and in area of used car market, I assume this is what would be their primary focus groupt) - the stay was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. If you have your own transportation it is well worth considering as a summer place to be, and even if you don't have, the public transportation is close. Breakfast was, for the price and hotel star ratings, plentiful and very tasty. Hotel is clean and new, rooms are spacious, and functional, and staff is wonderful, genuinely happy to see you and make all the effort and extra mile to make your stay comfortable. All in all, I can recommend this place fully. I will gladly return.

I arrived after 11 and they cooked me a small meal when all the local restaurant were closed. Very friendly and the room was practically new.
