Great accomodation in the center with tramstop in front of the door. Nice suite (S) overlooking the square with ferriswheel. It was very clean and has everything you need.

The room is big. Kitchen is well equipped. The only downside is laundry is shared and there is Eu5 charge to wash and dry.

We loved the kitchen area & spaciousness of apartment, lots of natural light & windows that opened. Attentive staff to minor drainage of sink. Very easy walk to old town & eateries.

Excellent location with a neat room overlooking Augustus Platz.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Pillows not so much. Location is perfect to either walk to the centre or catch transport to other neighbourhoods.

Great location, 5 minutes to the Christmas Market and 10 minutes from the main train station! We had a tiny room, with a little kitchen and a modern bathroom. We had some drinks for free in our minibar, which was very nice! We could not make the check-in until 3 o'clock.

Funky and hip. Close to Christmas Markets by foot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and quirky cool in decoration. The hotel is a bit hard to find as there isn’t large signage, lobby on 6th floor.

The room was spacious with excellent facilities. The beds were really comfy and we had a great night's sleep! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Bad pressure and bad smell in the shower, room was very simple considering the price, ugly marks on the floor from the furniture and bad noice cancellation. Great view, comfortable bed and we appreciated the complementary soft drinks.

Everything was clean and tidy. Early check in was no problem at all.

I loved the style of the hotel. Our room (Suite M) was huge and had a beautiful view of Augustusplatz and the opera house. The little kitchen was useful and we made breakfast ourselves every morning. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. As other reviews note, there is some noise from the trams outside, more of a low rumble as the double glazing is very effective. I also noticed a strange buzzing sound in the room which I couldn’t locate, it did cause some disturbance. What let the hotel down was check-in and check-out. The staff tried to charge me for my stay, even though I paid in advance via hotels.com. On check out, the receptionist asked for my room number, then very rudely proceeded to tell me that it was incorrect. I’m sorry, what?! I’ve just been staying in the room for 3 nights, I think I know what number it is. He argued that it was wrong and eventually I just had to leave. Such a shame as we had enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend the place for adventurous and low-maintenance guests who are happy to fend for themselves. If you want a good service experience, then this isn’t the hotel for you.

I n 9 days only one cleaning in the room. Despite complaints and promises, there was no further cleaning. 1 week with old towels but full price. In addition, there is night rest from 10 pm, even the hotel right next door and above big celebrations. Quiet looks different. There was no apology. An email after departure was not even answered 2 weeks later.

First, try to find it. Signage is less than minimal. Next, go to the elevator, a very poorly lit place, and take a nondescript elevator to the 6th floor. Be prepared for the line of over a dozen others waiting to check in. They will not check in anyone before three. Nope. Won’t do it. Our room on the third floor was right above the intersection. Great view but the noise of trams, trucks, and every ambulance in the city passes they. Second, summer heat makes the room an oven. One window will open a bit but the noise made us close it and the curtains . That helped contain the noise but then the heat hit us. We failed to get the A/C to work and found no fan to move the air. Groggily, we tried to get to the reception desk to discuss this issue, but, mind you, the elevator up to the reception does not stop at the third floor. Only down. So this senior citizen had to take the first of four climbs up those stairs to reception on the 6th floor. I asked for a refund for the second scheduled night. It was refused. “We can’t do that. Only Expedia can. You need to call them.” Also, “You can’t get air conditioning in your room because there is none. Hotels in Germany don’t have air conditioning.” And portable fans are not provided either apparently. I called Expedia. They said couldn’t. Only the hotel.We were given another room, and rather nice one at that. Quiet. The next morning at check out, the manager asked why we hadn’t turned on the air conditioning.

Location couldn’t be better. Kitchenette was a bonus. All utensils were of good quality. Bed had a topper to make it more comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 day stay.

The apartment was massive with lots of space. Kitchenette was well equipped and king bed was comfortable. The view from our apartment was great given the Christmas market lights and festivities. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on the second day due to large crowds but good selection of continental breakfast.

Everything was great! Wonderful staff! :)

Excellent hotel. Hotel bar with cool balcony a highlight!
