The staff at the Locale was amazing ! They were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great and it is within walking distance to so much!

I loved our room. Our family of four slept comfortably. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and parking was included. We will stay there again!

I had an amazing stay. I stayed for 5 days ny flight landed at 11 and they let me check in early which i appreciate so much. The check in process was so quick and easy. The beautiful lady in the front was super nice and sweet and so were the gentlemen throughout my stay.the place was so clean and there were a lot of dining options walking distance. The hotel provides shuttle to the turtle center they can also provide a taxi for you. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend.

The Ac in my room conked out and at first they did not take it seriously.

I did not have a very good experience with this property. When I got there (About 8:30-9:00PM), they said they could not find my reservation for 2 King rooms. I showed them the reservation number, and they even called expedia. After a solid 45 minutes, they still were not getting anything and offered me 2 queen rooms instead with ZERO compensation. We asked if we could at least get our dinner comp'd. NO. We asked for a late check out since we got in late, we were told to talk to the morning employee. When we spoke to him, he said we could only have late check out for ONE room, so we had to share a room for a couple of hours. The shower took about 20 minutes to get luke warm water, and that didn't last long at all. The pressure in the shower was ok, but about every minute or so it would go to next to no pressure for about 20-30 seconds. There is a convenience store across the street to get drinks and snacks. I'll say the rooms were clean... but that is about the only positive I can say for this establishment. Not a very good experience at all. Won't be going back.

The property is not on beach. When I found this is not as good as I thought and tried to check out the 2nd and the manger told us no refunds for balance of the trip..

The staff at the hotel all were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside is convenient for breakfast lunch or dinner. Waitress and waiters were all kind. Highly recommended

Nice room, not hotel standard design. Good, helpful staff, good facilities. Parking was tight, but the whole island is that way. One issue was the pool was a bit buggy from not running the filter, water could have been cleaner. Otherwise, a great stay, id reccomend to a friend.

Staff was super nice and helpful when it came to recommendations for excursions and transportation. Very friendly and the food is delicious!

Was a good point to stay at the beaches directly around the property are washed out. We had a car so we could drive to better beaches

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful and our family suite (had a loft) was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the upstairs loft! And while the free breakfast was delicious, I felt most of the wait staff wasn't happy serving free breakfast to us. Initially, I thought they were just having a bad day but it was the entire 4 days we were there, from rushing us to order to then unhappily serving us. Upon observation, it seems they were this way towards a certain demographic only which is odd because we are of the same demographic. I recommend switching to free self-service breakfast if the wait staff isn't happy serving free breakfast to all customers.

It was very nice to stay at Locale Hotel. Delicious breakfast, very clean room, comfortable bed and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The staff was amazing! Im missing my daily vegetable omelet already!

Close to dining options. There was more street noise than expected. The beach that is more open and walkable is a 30 min walk from hotel.

Had the best 4 day stay at Locale Hotel Grand Cayman! The check-in/out process was seamless, and the staff were so helpful showing us how to get around, places to eat, shop, etc. They also offer a wide variety of beach essentials to borrow for the day (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, floaties). The room was spacious and clean, and also had a mini fridge, sink and microwave. Everyone was so friendly, and really made our first Grand Cayman visit amazing!
