Friendly staff

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this hotel, and have always been extremely satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The rooms are very clean with good WiFi and plenty of space. The entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant and all else are superb, always friendly and helpful. We will be back.;).

Great location, competent and friendly staff, no hassles

Great Hotel - Bad Experience! In my 20 days in Peru this was my worst experience. My Family and I only stayed at this Estelar (San Isidro) for two nights. We booked two rooms which I had no complaints about. However My experience was bad because of a few factors, one was the awful service and lack of attention to details. Every day we had to ask for extra towel and other things that should be provided. I have never been to a hotel that only has things just for one person. Always enough for two, except here. Another MAJOR factor was the receptionist by name of DIANA. WOW THIS WOMAN WAS RUDE! No exaggeration she was by far the worst person We had to deal with during our vacation. And for no apparent reason! She will stare you down and totally ignore you! Upon arrival at the hotel we said hi at the front desk and she didn’t even bother to answer. She was at the restaurant one morning, we ordered some coffee with her. Couple minutes later l, she served other guests their breakfast and after that she went missing. She said not even a word to us, she simply just left. We had to wait a while for the other server to appear. Which brings me to my other issue. The other was the fact that we noticed there was a quarantine area on the forth floor for people with Covid. I know some hotel allows that, however the same server who was serving those people was also the same one serving the breakfast. Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Quite a poor and non-tactful check in for late arrivers. The hotel doesn't count with free drinking water bottles (not even with paid ones), let alone with any kind of food or snacks that might be REALLY needed after a 7 hours international flight and with a curfew on in the city during the early morning.

Indignada reserve ese hotel pensando que era seguro por la zona y resulta que a mi esposo le robaron sus lentes pocas horas de irse al aeropuerto. San Isidro no es seguro. Lentes de medida de marca Ray ban que oscurece a cualquier hora del día y esos ladrones que roban en moto pensaron que era de sol. Un susto y decepción regresar a mi hermoso país Hacer turismo ya no es seguro.El serenazgo de esa zona ho hizo nada mejor dicho nadie hace nada.

Have stayed in the hotel several times now and am still impressed! Location is great, rooms are spacious and clean with good Wifi, and the staff is amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Beautiful surroundings area peaceful near by beautiful parks. Felt very safe. Only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was their breakfast not a very good selection and the fact that they charge for the ORANGE JUICE you drink in the morning that you think come with the breakfast is crazy. They claim to have a shuttle but if you call them to pick you up from the airport the charge you and tell you about the charge later. When you ask to have a drop off they laugh and say no not even if you offer to pay. Instead of helping you find the cheapest way for transportation they try and call an Uber that over charges unless you tell them your looking for a cheaper route. Over all the customer service sucked.

Nice modern building, large room and shower

The hotel was great! Very nice service and good rooms! Nice location! The bathroom is very amazing! The breakfast is very nice! I think people should go to this hotel in Peru! Very amazing!

We spent a happy V-day with a room #214. Great service and the room is very clean. A nearby small park with many olive trees. Near a main streets so there are lot noises of vehicles. There are few restaurant and supermarket nearby, also far away from the airport.

Great little gem. Excellent location in San Isidro, clean new hotel with a gym, small but decent. Excellent for the price. Highly recommend.

The property supported a hacker that hacked into my account to reserve a room. When notified, they did absolutely nothing to help and pretty much advocated the hackers and I assume allowing them to check in and use the room under my name and using my points. Due to this reason, I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this hotel. They appear to support illegal activity.

The staff was prompt and helpful ensuring our stay was pleasant. They even managed to find us a taxi back to the airport for 41 soles!
