Some pf the stagg extremely rude, 1 woman in particular who checked us out had a terroble attitide. The room was dusty, the maids entered at 930am both morning's despite having the do not disturb sign on. They always offered fresh towels though and the lobby area was nice

It was a nice hotel but a little far away from the city centre.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is lovely with ample space in the room. We did not prepay for breakfast, but opted in as needed for 15 €. (There are no dining options near the hotel.) Downside is access to Amsterdam… there is public transport via bus and tram about 450 m away, but transit is slow. Will take about 45-60 min to visit main sights.

Breakfast was very minimalistic & low quality. Just one jam was available / Croissants were instand & baked in Hotel. For 14 Euros I do excpect a much better quality and variety then discovered at breakfast buffet in Best Western *Plus* in Amstelveen.

The only advantage is the price. The location is in industrial park, far from everything

Hotel was clean and safe. However, it is in an odd area, it’s next to a couple car dealerships and it’s a bit tricky to find the nearest tram station. However, the nearest station is only a 5 minute walk and is easy to get to once you know the way.

Good location for business travellers. Parking availability on-site and close by. Very kind reception staff and breakfast team. Good breakfast. I had a nice and large room. Good WIFI. Warmly recommended for business travellers that have meetings in the wider area around Amstelveen!

The property was clean and the accommodations were very comfortable for our needs. The staff was slightly uncooperative when we needed some extra chairs for some friends who visited us in our room but otherwise were friendly and helpful!

At the last minute I found that I needed a hotel room because my flight was canceled. Hotels.com made it easy to find a room. The Beat Western was clean and very comfortable. The night manager was great.

Great place, little distance from centre but transport good.

An absolute gem of a hotel, so pleased to have found it. It’s NOT in Amsterdam folks, not that it pretends to be, I’m just stressing that less people who are unfamiliar with the area get confused. This is definitely not a touristy area but, if like me, you have business in this part of the world, south of the city, you won’t find better than this hotel. Brand spanking new and ridiculously cool for what is essentially normal a fairly no frills chain hotel. Very comfortable beds. Quick, easily accessible WiFi; decent showers: perfect for business travelers. Only about 10 minutes Uber from Schipol too.

I didn’t have a very welcoming stay overall, me and partner stated for 3 days. The day we had breakfast which was very expensive and not at all worth the money. After that we got breakfast else where. Second day we had our room ‘,cleaned’ when we got back the room smelt disgusting and nothing was cleaned, the bed was just made. I spoke to the reception to report this horrid smell, she sent house keeping up who told us they can’t do anything. Then I called reception again and asked if they could give us an air freshener she said yes and I never received it. In the end I just had to keep the door open to the corridor to get rid of whatever this smell was! They didn’t offer us a new room. We had problems with hiring bikes, my seat kept turning 180 degrees, and when we told reception she said that’s all the have until a lovely man told her to give us a new bike. We found the staff not to be at all helpful and actually quite rude.

The room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy bus ride to the city.
