I did not see any roaches, which was good. The staff seemed unnecessarily unhelpful and brusque.

The staff was excellent very accommodating very helpful from the Bellman Robert to the morning front staff in assisting you and everything that you needed. Will stay there again very clean. The food was great.

Modern I liked the junior suite had a nice balcolny . Great pool area . Staff tries . Close to the airport . A few minute walk to the beach.

The room was great with a nice view and free Wi-Fi. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to eat. We had a very wonderful experience!

Staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was decent.

Good location

Sawami was okay. Our Suite included a balcony with an amazing water view and a large window overlooking a marina. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and offered many food options. After visiting the restaurant at the beautiful Aquamare, I considered changing hotels, as Aquamare is located in a better area, and the restaurant was amazing.

Pros: Luggage hold, late check out, free breakfast buffet, eco-friendly, comfortable beds, proximity to beach, shops, and main port Cons: Lengthy check in/check out process, employees are not as friendly, staff can be disorganized. Overall 8/10

Beautiful hotel close to beach , marina and many places where you can go out to eat. Elevators took a little long to arrive , other than that hotel was clean, room was clean ac worked great!

Check-in was chaotic, but we finally got our key and taken to our room. No mention of an upgrade or free drinks, as VIP should receive. We booked 2 queen beds, our room had 1 double bed. It was smelled like literal human feces. I went back down and asked if all the rooms smell like poop, they sent up Lucy, the housekeeping manager. Let me say here, that Lucy is the ONLY reason I gave ANY stars to this hotel. She is a bright light and so kind. She smelled our room and immediately took us to a new room, which was a Suite, with a king bed, balcony and no smell. Why we didnt get this upgrade to start, I dont know. They also gave us our free welcome drink when I asked for them. Next problem-our door didnt lock, like, at all. The wind could just blow it open, it did not latch. The safe did not work eithet. We didnt want to complain about something else, so we would barricade ourselves in to sleep, with tables and chairs blocking the door. Lucy saw us the next day, and we told her about it. She didn't fix right away, but our 3rd night, it was fixed partially, still no deadbolt. When it rains, rain comes into the room/windows and makes it very slick and dangerous. Breakfast was OK, but very crowded. The pool was excellent and proximity to the beach and restaurants nice. The hotel is outdated, most employees are miserable, but Lucy was amazing!

Reception was not nice and made no attempt to speak English or slowly. Rooms have auto off electric so you can not charge anything unless you are in the room. Shower was only like water. My room was right next to the elevator on a low floor. Breakfast was ok. There was no free parking and no gym. Location was okay and there was molios for rent in front of the hotel. The restaurant nextdoor was really good.

First of all, I didn’t get my welcome drink at this hotel and the hotel was very noise starting at 7am. They are under renovations. Also, they wanted to charge me for 2 drinks I did not have. This was my second time at this hotel and I will never stay here again! Terrible service!
