This place is cheap and you get what you pay. This is a low income housing unit and because of that,you can expect, nice people all round but people cook in their rooms, have dogs that yap, breakfast is basically nonexistent, and very few who pick up after their dogs. Safe enough to walk my dog around. I can appreciate that the management would rather rent long term and get paid by the government but I have to say that the amount of short term people had no problems staying there like we did.

Do not stay here this hotel is terrible. Very sketchy area very sketchy people stay here rooms needed renovating with a D9 cat three years ago.

The deadbolt lock on room 106's door was very difficult to operate. To engage or disengage the lock, one had to lift the door hard. Other than that the room was fine.
Breakfast consisted of cold items except for toast. That is acceptable given the rather low room rent.
Location is good with restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is good even for large vehicles.

I would say the positive point is we didn't find any bed bugs in our room...the breakfast was okay, the usual toast/fruit/cereal.
The whole property reeked of cigarette smoke and bleach..there was a massive hole in our bathroom door...dirty shower...patchy paint on walls...just minimal effort all around. Front desk staff was okay, not super friendly. It was a bed to sleep in and did the job. You get what you pay for

It was just okay. We were passing through on our way home. So we were just there to sleep and get an early start the next morning. The property needs updated. Our bathtub was in poor condition. The breakfast was limited in supply.

Front desk was a breeze with no issues, rooms were a little under par in terms of cleanliness but worked for what we needed. A cheap place to stay on a long road trip! Biggest downside was the amount of buildup in the shower

Not the greatest, very dingy for the amount I spent on this hotel. Walls chipped with holes, wifi did not work at all, AC was soooo loud.

Spend some extra money and just stay somewhere else. This place had blood stains on the sheets, sink was broken, shower wasn’t cleaned, the room stunk from mold growing in the air conditioning. People were doing drugs outside of the building.

I found cockroaches in my bathroom. 108 degrees, air conditioner did not work! The owner/manager was rude, made a racist comment to me as i showed up!! Never again will i stay there or my workers!!

Location is great because it’s in the middle of town so it’s super close to restaurants and shopping.
Service was poor, I spent an entire week and room service didn’t come to my room at all (no do not disturb tags on door). I had to take my own towels down and swap them out for clean ones (no a big deal but an inconvenience).
Very noisy due to no enforcement of “quiet hours” kids run wild and free in hallways. Several people had dogs and as a vet I can tell they weren’t service animals.
For the price and area pretty average but definitely better options

The place was a bit run down and in a bad neighborhood. Ice machine broken. Vending machines unplugged. Noisy neighbors and limited TV service. Not worth the cost

Too many non visitors hanging around the property. Did not feel unsafe but was not comfortable having on customers milling around the area.
Also, i stayed 3 nights and my room did not get cleaned once. I asked nicely but my room was left untouched.
I will not be returning nor can I recommend the Grizzly Inn.
