It smelled so bad as they were renovating. Like chemical smell gave me and my daughter a headache. The pool was closed and not posted that it would be. I mentioned to the front office staff that I didn't see it on the website she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me it was my fault because it is posted and it's not their fault that I didn't see it. I told her that she has terrible customer service and she continues to argue that she did. It was horrible I have never been attacked by someone like this while checking in anywhere. It wasn't cleaned properly and the old coffee pod was still in the coffee pot. There was trash on the ground and not emptied. We will never go there again for the price we paid it was the worse hotel we have been to. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER

Even though the facility was relatively older, they made a good job keeping it clean. Not an easy task but they did it. Swimming pool was well designed for families with kids - warm and shallow water. The area looked safe too. Breakfast was not bad.

After Covid most hotels don’t clean rooms and replace towels, coffee pods, etc. But most bring new towels and coffee when you need. Here, you have to bring the soiled towels to the reception to get fresh ones, which was annoying.
