The place was very dirty. Smelly and the toilets were HORRIBLE

Heater was the only thing that was working

Room is very small. Its literally on the road, you can't sleep at all as whole night there are cars on the road making lot of noises. The toilet doesn't work, every time anyone flushes their toilet, your toilet over flows. Real bad experience

It was in a good location close to the airport

The room was full of black mold unclean and it’s beds and facilities were substandard. We walked down the street and stayed at the Mercure instead of subjecting ourselves to that neglect

Staff is very nice and respectfully

Wash room tap is two one for hot water another for cold water its not good need joint tap in wash room

The neighbours next door, the boyfriend being quite cruel to his girlfriend, making her cry , constantly slamming doors

Very comfortable bed. 😌 I suffer from back pain. I really like the room .

The corridor was dirty and tired .

Absolutely nothing.

The staff didn’t care at all. My room was directly opposite reception, which was having a party until 1am. They were herding cattle upstairs till the same time. The room was filthy with dirty hand prints on the walls. Both mattresses were completely ruined. hikes and missing springs. The en-suite was tiny and filthy. taps had bits missing and the shower didn’t work. reception was manned until 1am but didn’t open again till after 8am so I couldn’t even complain. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails even from Booking.com. I didn’t stay the 2nd night if my booking it was so bad. I booked another hotel.

The lack of cleanliness was shocking. From other people hair on sheets and pillows to stained walls and dirty carpets. Bathroom not properly cleaned either. Hotel was very noisy till at least midnight with someone setting off fire alarm 3 times.

Old building. Dirty bathroom. I haven't slept the whole night. Fire alarm on at 1 am. Too noisy, people talking and walking around all night.
