The property was very central to the location we needed it for. We had gone for Indian wedding shopping for clothing and accessories. There was plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
No sound proof, you could hear everything from other rooms and corridors and from the streets. The decor could have done with updating and freshening. There should be a bin in the bathroom area. The corridors didn’t smell very pleasant.

It has a good location in central Southall.
It stank and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The bathroom is very old and dirty/unpleasant. The shower and sink were very bad.

Staff member pleasant and informative . Coffee and water in room.
Room was tired, hole in door, bathroom floor tiles broken and moving. Bed was like a board covered with a sheet. TV was almost unworkable as it used apps that you could not use.

Badal the check in receptionist was very helpful securing a good room I had previously stayed in. Very central location for shops resteraunts in Southall.Enjoyed my stay at Pacific Inn Hotel.
Some noise (talking) coming from nearby room and hallway until early morning. Otherwise very satisfied
