I have been charge to pay 54 pounds because a technician came to show us how to use the kitchen cooker which was not familiar to me. There was no documentation about this Kitchen cooker, and I didn't understand why I was charged to pay for that.

They should provide documentation explaining how to use this type of Kitchen cooker

Everything. Comfortable clean and great location.

The location is excellent with shopping center, station, buses all walking distance. Easy access to Oxford, London. .Classic British pubs nearby with good restaurants. Plenty of clothes storage for long stays.

Street parking is difficult with shop workers using street. Shame that rear undercover space is not included. Front and rear steps are high. Hot bathroom tap turns unconventionally.

The location was near everything we wanted to visit ie National Trust

Could have done with a few more kitchen items, sort the settee out from sagging and on the left hand side and maybe change the chair for something more comfy
