The location. Is at 10-15’ walk from the old town The apartment had many beds (6-7)

Everything is old. The living room windows were very poorly isolating.

fantastic hosts - Omar and Patricia were incredibly helpful

super noisy - both from construction & remodeling going on during our stay AND from fellow guests who did not respect the quiet hours

Lots of space

But outdated and there where security cameras inside the apartment which we were not informed about. This is a breach of our privacy. Fortunately we noticed immediately and covered the lenses, but who knows if there were more or if audio was recorded

Good location but lots of noise. Nice clean fridge freezer and cooker.

Squeeky bed, rusty dishwasher, one shower cubicle needs limescale removal.

Location was good, near city center.

Had to go into router settings and split 5G and 2.5G bands to have the internet work for any of us. AC was on full but the temperature was mild, summer morning chill was colder than inside. One room was hot at night, couldn't open windows because of lack of nets, and door was closed as to dampen noise. Water pressure varies. Shower drain easily clogs.

We got welcomed by very friendly hosts and the room was tidy and well equipped. The location is great, near to the city centre with all its beautiful buildings, restaurants and bars.

The location of the apartment is perfect, near to the old city centre, Turia park and bike rental. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance (10-15 min.). A big supermarket is nearby and last but not least the hosts are very friendly and helpfull.

There was nothing we needed that wasn't there.
