The location accesible for all inrerest points, the fenomenal view and above all the amazing hosts. Very good and varied breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, all having sea view. We will return here for our next trip.

This is a cozy traditional house located in calm green area, rooms and breakfast terrace have magnificent sea view, breakfasts are hearty and served beautifully, best Pelion beaches are reachable by car from here. So there is everything to spend a peaceful and happy vacation.
But of course the main feature is hospitality. Making every step in this house you feel someone cares of you (we even felt it before coming here, while getting ready for the trip). Everything is carefully though out for making visitors comfortable: from all room facilities, perfect cleanliness to all those sweet details like fresh flowers or embroidered table cloth and bed linen. If you need anything you can be shure you get it whatever it is: some thing or good advice and always with a smile. The host Mr.Thanos, his family, Mrs. Elena and Mrs.Athina, and staff, Mrs.Flora and Konstantin, are extremely helpful and friendly at any moment. We thank so much all of you and hope to have an opportunity to come again.

Everything was great in this hotel,especially their owners and workers were so polite and helpful, they helps whatever you desire in this hotel. I hope we could visit them again. Absolutely i recommend this hotel to everyone, it has great view and excellent service.

It was all great. Charming hotel with special atmosphere. Perfect location in the mountain with the sea view. The apartment was beautiful clean and had all the necessities (towels, bed sheets, cutlery, soaps, etc.).
Excellent host, helped us wander through the area and gave us suggestions to amazing beaches and local and fish restaurants.
Would greatly recommend, we'll be sure to come back :)

My family had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very hospitable and offer a very high standard of rooms with the most amazing and relaxing views of the coast and mountain, they also prepared our fireplace every day ready to burn in the evening. The home cooked breakfast and cakes were heaven! Thank you Thanos!

LOVE this place!!!
The rooms are super clean (!) and designed with good taste, we booked the ‘garden view’ room which also has a beautiful sea view! The breakfasts here are enormous and they also made a vegan friendly adaptations for me :)) We strongly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back in our next trip to Pelion.
Thanos hospitality was beyond than expected! He made our time in Pelion to become unforgettable, through his guidance we went to the nicest beaches, ate at the finest tavernas and traveled to the most authentic places.

Perfect location in the mountain with a view to the sea, from Ag. Ioannis to Damouchari. Only 15 minutes drive from Ag. Ioannis beach. Perfect nature surroundings.

Warm welcome, kind staff, beautiful location that combines both mountain fresh air and sea breeze. Full of luscious trees and mistletoe. Traditional architecture with stone and wooden details and decoration that makes the place even cozier. Delicious breakfast with a variety of food. The room was equipped with everything that is needed including free WIFI, mini fridge, tv, little stove and clean towels and bedding. It was very clean and had a beautiful balcony with a sea view.
The stay was perfect and one positive can turn into a negative as the heating was so good we were really warm but at some point it became unbearable. But it was okay.

The room view is amazing, breakfast with traditional food, made by them(pies cakes and nice sweet delicious jams, the owner and stuff very friendly and helpfull, also they advice us to trie diffrent places, restaurants and discover the whole place.

The owner of the place is very nice, welcoming and willing to help. The room is very clean, and We were upgraded to a suite.
The hotel has not been refurnished since the 1950s. The furniture is very outdated, tattered and very unpleasant. The kitchen cabinets are not attached to the wall and the space between them and the walk is ugly and unpleasant. There is no drop of warmth in the room and the stay in it is very unpleasant. The breakfast is very poor and. We were the only guests in the place. I do not understand how the hotel got a high score. I would definitely not recommend my friends to stay there.

The view from the balconies of the rooms is breathtaking. Although the rooms were somewhat dark, we didn't spend any significant time there, except to sleep, since the garden and balconies were so pleasant, and had such wonderful views. Breakfast was a delicious mix of pastries and home made pies, local cheeses and eggs. Numerous beaches are a short drive away down somewhat steep and curving roads.

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very clean and tidy, quite spacious, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Even if we didn't need most of it, there is all the equipment you could need (small kitchen, two fridges...).
The hosts were extremely welcoming, always available, and gave us a lot of recommendations.
Finally, the breakfast was very good with a few savory items and different homemade cakes every day.
No downside, everything was perfect. The only thing someone should know before coming is that driving around the hotel takes a lot of time even if the distances are very short (but this is the case in most of the region).
