Great place for our stay in Anchorage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Owner was very communicative and responsive - a pleasure to work with. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from downtown. The backyard garden is absolutely stunning and if it had not rained every day we would have definitely spent more time just sitting in the backyard. Highly recommend this place!

The house was clean and had all the little extras that make a house a home. Some of the most comfortable beds ever with extra pillows available. The house worked great for the first week of our family vacation based out of Anchorage. Great communication and a wonderful home base. Thank you.

We were in Anchorage for a week so we knew we didn't want a hotel room that whole time. This house was perfect! Beautiful area, quiet and away from the airport and was much bigger than we thought. Keith is the owner and he is awesome as well. This place was so comfy and within a 10-15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do in Anchorage. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone!!

This was a great house for a home base for our Alaska adventure. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to the airport and downtown. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. The house was clean and the host was always responsive.

Our week long stay in this lovely house made Alaska feel like a second home as we ventured out each day. Returning “home” each evening to relax and recount our adventures was a joy in this spacious, comfortable house. I would gladly recommend this VRBO listing to anyone desiring a more personal experience in Alaska. The owner is a very gracious and accommodating host and we count him as a friend.

Stayed three nights. My husband and I, our two school age children, and grandparents shared the home. The house is well equipped and well stocked. The layout was perfect for our family. Location was no more than 15 minutes to most things. Quiet, nice neighborhood (with moose!). Host was super responsive. Check out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

My son and his family and my brother and his wife stayed at the property. The property was convenient seeing we live in the same neighborhood so everyone was close.
Did want Keith to know that the Master Shower had an issue with it dripping. Overall everyone was very happy.

Keith was the most amazing host - as soon as I booked his rental vacation home he contacted me. He gave me advice (which I took almost all of them) on rental vehicles, excursions and restaurants- I never got a chance to meet him in person but felt I knew him my entire life. Definitely a five star ⭐️

Everything was great! Keith was a great host. The communication was awesome. He was attentive to any questions I had. In addition, the house was in order and was neat and organized. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was in a great location and central to what we were looking for. I would definitely stay at the house again if we’re in Anchorage in the future.

This was like being home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and Central to all Anchorage activities and beyond. Keith went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was a great host.

The neighborhood was perfect and quiet and we enjoyed coming back to a nice comfortable house at the end of our busy days exploring. Lots of space to spread out and relax and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get around in the mornings.

This place was very close to ANC, which made it very convenient after our late airplane arrival. Our 4 kids really loved having a piano, which had 87 keys working (there's that one F# that needs to be tuned). We also used the BBQ one night and took frequent trips on the emerald park trail. One night we found a moose by listening to the sound of leaves being ripped off of trees. Never thought we'd find a moose that way. The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. This place looks better than the photos, so no complaints from us.

I sought out this property for the location and accommodations for my group size (5 people). The home is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and easy to access all the major points of interest in Anchorage. The property is managed well and kept very clean/ tidy. Access to a full kitchen and grill was a nice perk though I didn’t end up using them with the schedule we kept. The property owner made sure I knew what to do for check in and was available to answer questions as needed. The only quirky thing I encountered was that all water sources affected the others in terms of hot water, so we just developed a system to not flush the toilet or use the sink while someone was showering. Not a big deal really! Thanks to Keith for such nice accommodations for our week long stay!

Wonderful Relaxing perfect Location
We stayed in Keith’s home for 9 days. The home is in a nice neighborhood and the location is easy to take day trips. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room. The home is very clean and had all the amenities needed.
When we first arrived there wasn’t Wi-Fi and Keith immediately responded and fixed the problem.

Anchorage rental
The house was as expected. Great location. Very clean. The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the TV to work but that didn’t spoil our stay. We would rent again if we ever come back to Anchorage

Spacious home, quiet neighborhood, super host
Our family of five stayed a week at Keith's home for our first visit to Anchorage. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet and full of many nice neighbors and families. We enjoyed morning walks and encountered moose on two separate occasions. Keith was very accommodating and made himself available if we needed anything. We enjoyed whale watching in Seward (2hr drive), whitewater rafting on the Matanuska river (2hr drive), float plane sightseeing from Lake Hood, hike up Flat Top mountain and Iditarod headquarters in Wasilla. Keith's house was the perfect launching point for our Alaska visit. Great host, great house, highly recommend.
