Parking is a little tight

Spacious 1 bed apartment with full kitchen. Large comfortable bed. Secure central location. Laundry.

Slightly noisy air conditioning that didn't really stretch to the bedroom. Sparse furnishings. Indifferent host.

I like the self check in, the location. The apartment is big, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything. The building has a laundry room. Everything was great! The place was really nice.

I didn't have the key code for the pool so I couldn't go inside.

It was in a gated area and the location was convenient and for the most part quiet.

It would only get nice and cold in the living room, so even with the fan running in the bedroom it was hot. Had an issue with parking on the day we arrived because someone was in our assigned parking spot so we had to find street parking outside of the gated area and was told by the hosts of this apartment to “just put up a note on their car saying they can’t park there”. So it was inconvenient to start. Also, we had left a Togo container with cake on the kitchen counter and when we came back to the apartment there were bugs everywhere and roaches inside the container (we were only gone for a few hours) and when I moved the garbage can to throw the cake away a bunch of bugs started crawling out from under the wall.

The space was larger than I thought it would be, it had a nice large comfortable bed. The lift was small but did the job I needed to get my suitcases up and down. Overall it worked for the purpose I needed it to, to sleep in. Was a short walk from public transport which was good although paying for transport was hard.

Although there was a security gate it didn’t feel like the most safe location, I kept hearing bangs after 10pm when I was there…i don’t want to say it was gunshots but the sound was as close as I could describe to it. I did hear fireworks going off as well since it was around 4th of July so may have just been a car, or fireworks but after looking online there was a shooting in the area about a month or two before hand. It worried me a little being a solo female but overall I made do and didn’t have any troubles apart from the noises. Apart from that I found the apartment to be fine the walls are thin so I could hear the neighbours walking around upstairs but I easily blocked them out.

Loved that it was gated and the apartment was close to everything. Will definitely recommend and stay again!!
