They checked me in earlier as I arrived in the morning from a long flight.

I had breakfast included and found out that they didn't have any cafe/restaurant to serve it. The room service didn't pick up the phone when attempting to order it. They gave me a room from where you could hear the beat of the disco really loud at midnight. Had to change rooms as it was not possible to sleep.

The receptionist service was great.

I like that you have everything you need at this hotel. Restaurants, Entertainment and a place to park your vehicle. I love the helpful staff, beside this one older woman. I will get her name next time.

One of the reception woman. It seems like she always have an attitude, but outside of her, I have no real complaints.

The receptionist (Maryam) was very accomodating and gave us a room on a floor that was much higher than the club so that my aged mother would not be disturbed much by the sound. The Spa was also a good experience with a lovely soothing massage after a long journey.

The speed at which the doors of the elevators close is rather soon, and for older people (seniors) it could become a problem when they are trying to get in. The lobby could have some Aroma units to give a little better fragrance to the entrance.
