Ideal location for picking up passengers from Heathrow and a surprisingly quiet location next to a busy road. Got last space in the hotel car park but another car park was next to theirs. Only stayed for a short period to sleep only. Had we stayed for breakfast we would have enjoyed the view over the Thames. Very dog friendly. Didn’t eat so can’t comment on food.

Stayed just one night, very convenient for a family party nearby, easy walking in the area and felt very safe.

Room was poor, so called 'River view' was completely blocked by a big tree. Room was very cold, the kettle didn't work at all, and the bathroom small

NO SLEEP ALL NIGHT. Fire alarm went off at 1am and again at 4pm. Staff blamed this on steam from someone’s bathroom. Also when alarms went off none of the lamps in the room worked. Very unsafe. Plus noise from very close railway line and planes.

Nice enough location but the hotel is not run for a guest experience!

No lift. For a hotel close to the airport and most guest having heavy luggage it shocked me. No breakfast included and staff aren’t overly friendly on the front desk. Lovely big bed and very clean. Nothing in the area if you are looking for food.

We booked a room for one night to be closer to Heathrow Airport for a flight the next day. After confirming that a late night check in was available, we arrived around 10.30 pm. We were offered a wake up call at checkin which was thoughtful. We asked for a nightcap at the bar, and were told he could bring it to our rooms if we wanted to. We spent a pleasant half hour having a drink and chatting to the staff. When we retired to our room, again more drinks were offered through room service. The room was very clean. The air con machine was not producing any cold air, so we turned it off as it was not worth the noise. The hotel has been decorated to keep the place maintained, but it is dated, and there is only so much a lick of paint do. Needs a proper renovation. But, as the paying guest wants a 5 star stay at a 1 star price, I feel for these businesses. Would I stay here again? Yes, it was within a 20 minutes rush hour drive to Heathrow, the beds were comfy, there was paid parking on site and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness

Hotel is perfectly located with viewing over the river thames. Easy access to transportation, restaurants and nearly all major shops. We felt safe for our 5 days stay. The staff are excellentfrom checking in to departure.

Nice setting

Good location and short walk to town. Comfy bed Wasn't impressed that main shower didnt work and had been replaced by a smaller shower attached to tap therefore Incouldnt have a shower. Was located on a ground floor room overlooking the car park. It was secure but maybe not the most appropriate when travelling with a child.

We stayed over before a trip to LEGOland. Parking was onsite and cheap (£5 for 24 hours), the breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Very good state of decoration in public areas and in the bedroom. Friendly staff, comfortable lounges and bar and peaceful terrace overlooking the River Thames. Good wifi, bed a super king size, large TV, probably 45". Bathroom had a bath and shower combination. Very good buffet breakfast including mixed fruit. The original hotel facia is attractive, pity about the large metal container in the adjacent car park. Great for walks along the river and the shops and market.

Very welcoming with our dog, Pablo. We had a beautiful view of the river and a balcony which was a nice surprise and good for the dog. The bed was huge and very comfortable

Accidentally booked the wrong day. Tried to change it on the same day was booked but as a non-cancellable room they would not move the date by one day. Customer service is therefore considered terrible and I would never book this hotel again, or any in this group of hotels as I know several people that have stayed in Accor Group hotels and have a variety of issues including theft. And nothing is ever done at hotel or Group level, they simply dont care. I only booked because it was so close to the audit i was doing. Rather than pay this hotel any more money i elected to drive a 6 hour round trip instead.

On the face of it the hotel was very nice with nice rooms, some rough edges, but was clean, good wifi, comfy beds and a riverside location. For me it was ruined by being mis-sold on Hotels.com. The site said fans in the room - not in mine and also double glazed and sound proofed - defo not mine. the noise from the planes and trains was unbearable Had my room been double glazed and had a fan, I wouldnt have had to have the window open all night to cool the room and wouldnt have been disturbed by the noise. Also this site says "sound proofed" some may be but many are not so I regarded this as mis-selling and runied the experience here as its very noisy. If you do stay here, make sure the room is sound proofed and/or has a fan in warmer weather Sadly circumstances beyond the control of the hotel spoilt this trip.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.

Needed a couple of rooms overnight as we had an early appointment in central london next day. We checked in at 8pm and gone by 6 am. The check in and out was easy . The rooms were comfortable and clean. We paid the 5 pound to park at hotel. Had a couple of drinks sat relaxing looking at the thames in the evening. Reception and bar service was good . Would use this hotel as a stop over again.

The staff were welcoming and courteous at arrival, which meant a lot after a stressful day from a cancelled flight. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was well furnished. Location is also near many good restaurants and a short ride to Heathrow. Would stay again.

The room was good but the toilet never flushed, there was constant tap dripping

The concierge- Anna, was exceptionally professional, frequently, and helpful. We requested a room change and she dealt with it immediately- with a smile. She made out stay perfectly enjoyable.

Fabulous location right on the Thames, with fab tow path walks. Staff were very polite & friendly. Big comfy bed.

We stayed in Staines so we could meet up with family. Had an amazing meal in the evening and so much choice at breakfast and all presented beautifully. Staff were chatty and friendly, made us feel welcome, nothing was to much trouble. Will stay again.
