Bedding had holes and stains, roach in bathroom, repairs seem to be done patchwork rather than correctly. Neighborhood did not feel safe at night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is OK but the room where I stayed was not clean at all. The floor is way worse than restaurant's floor. Bathroom is good but air conditioner is very loud, cold though.

If I had known that they didn't even have a microwave or coffee machine in this place I would never have stayed there.

The staff memeber that checked me in wad incredibly rude and on his personal phone the whole time, this motel is located in a terrible part of town, people were partying in the parking lot all night amd climbing all over my truck, the phone in the room didnt work and no cell phone service to call the front desk. I did talk to the owner the next day and he did refund my money, but if youre a single traveler or traveling with small kids i do not recommend.

There was no microwave or fridge in our room. There was also stains on the sheets and tub. The staff was pretty nice. But it was nothing like the pictures especially the check in area but the rooms too.

There was nothing to like. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The bathtub was dirty, linens were not clean, the lamp was rusty, the ceiling has excessive water damage, there was a smear of something that looked like poo,on the bedspread, you got your feet dirty is you walked without shoes. I could on and on but shame on you for listing this property!

This place was a dump. I was. So tired driving 15 hours and got there go into the room roaches where everywhere. Called and complained they refused. Was so tired fell asleep had the on me went to front desk asked for my money back and they refused to give me a refund only stayed there 1 night . Customer service well there was none. The worst place I have ever stayed in my life

Good hotel near the fwy. Clean and mostly quiet. The ac is very loud when sleeping but that’s the norm for most window units.

The room was sub par and smelled. It was supposed to be wheelchair accessible yet I had trouble going across between the end of the bed and the desk to get to the bathroom. The door looked like it had been beaten down multiple times along with the walls. The mattress was so old it creaked & the only reason we stayed was it was late and we were absolutely exhausted.

The motel is within an easily-walked distance from a few restaurants, and the location is convenient to my place of work and to shopping & entertainment options. However, the cleaning/communication leaves a lot to be desired; there was hairy grime left on the the mirrors, the hairdryer, and the nightstands, for example. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am frustrated when writing this review, since I stayed for two nights in a so-called "non-smoking" room that stank of cigarette smoke from my arrival to my departure, when I was charged the full deposit amount--despite never smoking, never having had guests nor pets, and leaving most room surfaces cleaner than I had found them!

Got to the room and there was water all over the floor to the other side of the room from the ac. I told them about it and the manager stated it was our fault that we had the ac down too low. It was on when we got there. I requested 2 beds, queen size. We had 2 beds full size. Not comfortable. The linens had foot prints on them. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a garbage bag dumped on the second floor landing.

Excellent location

We normally love staying here, but this time there were so many kids running around, making a ton of noise, knocking on doors and running and smoking weed on the stairs. Every day we stayed, they would be blocking the stairs and smoking so you had to go around. They also threw empty cases of beer, fast food bags, cigarette butts all over the place. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The staff is always very sweet and helpful. I just wish they had a staff member walk around and see this.

The outside made me hesitate, but the room was unexpectedly clean and neat.i was very comfortable.

Room was extremely damp and two of our bed pillows had significant mold on them giving me major sniffles and a cough. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. We also had small black bugs crawling in our bathroom. Will not stay here again.

You know its sketchy when the Red Roof Inn sign is falling down and looks like its never been repainted in 30 yrs. Mold smell. Dog friendly.

It’s unsafe in the night did not stay then book a another place.
