Address took us to a wrong location. I called the property and they said we had to go down some alley ( it was super dark and sketchy ) to get there. So hubby said nope and we went somewhere else.

Adequate accommodations, breakfast very limited.

Very helpful and informative on local matters will definitely look forward to staying there again.

No clock or bedspread, suspicious hole in wall near light fixture, sorry excuse for breakfast meant tiny yogurt and juice and apple & banana, weird location behind other businesses

We were concerned because of the condition of the stairs going up to the second floor. They were not only very dirty but also bumpy and unsafe. That being said…I still gave 3 stars BECAUSE they had work crews at the motel. I am giving them the Benifits of the doubt that the stairs are on their list of things to get done ASAP. We picked up some yogurt and granola bars at the breakfast station. That was nice. The refrigerator in the room was super cold. Another plus. The A/C worked and the room and bathroom were clean. You get fresh towels every three days unless you ask for them. I thought that was a little odd. But they do get them if you ask, and are very polite about it. Our stay was in April of 2024. I would be interested in knowing if they ever fixed those stairs closest to the office going up to the second floor.(outside)

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly

It was great for a low cost room. Staff was very excellent and vert accomodating. Some small things with room, but construction on-going with things veing completed daily. Room was nice and comfortable.

I’ve had ten bookings here so far this year. Management is very friendly and helpful. They have been updating the rooms (toilets, TV’s, paint, beds, etc..). The stay is usually quieter than most hotels. I’m a light sleeper, so a quiet stay is important to me. The rates are reasonable. I’m usually in a hotel five nights a week, so cost is always a factor.

When you need them they help you

The room door when you closed it air comes through a crack on the bottom right. Nobody was ever in the office you always had to call a personal number.

It was trashed no hot water no breakfast

Clean room, but no daily housekeeping services provided. Friendly and quiet. I would recommend if you need a basic place to sleep. Great value.

Came into room during week stay once for supplies. Great price and location. Friendly.

We arrived approximately 7pm and there was understandably no one there. We called out 3 or 4 times and about 15 mins later a woman came out. No greeting or apology for us waiting. I understand English was a second language but it came off as very rude

My checkin was quick and smooth.

Very old- room smelled old and musty- when checking in and checking out the “owner” didn’t even say a single word to us Very noisy right next to the highway

The breakfast was very limited conpared to similar motels.

The neighboring birds were annoying

Room was excellent, but no coffee in room. And no coffee made in lobby in evening............parking lot needs some attention to condition.

Not the high end motel but clean and stayable

The rooms qere OK but the service was awful. The man qorking the feont desk was VERY rude. His attitude was negitive and he was short and mean whever a question was asked or i needed assistance. Maybe he should choose a profession where he doesn't have to work woth people. We Ll have bad days but he had bad days everyday i was there and i was there for 3 days . If you want a decent and cheap room this is the place. If you want a pleasant customer service, forget about it

Area was sort of industrial nearby but room itself was very clean and comfortable.

The room was terrible. Moldy and mildew from water leak. Standing water in bathroom under ceramic tile. Hopefully we will not get sick from staying here.

Everything went well. The guy that checked us in was very nice.

Bathroom had mold in ceiling, door didn’t shut right had to slam it to close it. It’s got holes in the walls water damage. Open electrical box half covered by the mirror. It needs renovated asap

I didnt like that breakfast doesnt start til 6

TV cable doesnt work. Night manager told us there would be no refund. Couldnt change rooms due to sold out. Have to stay just to be sure i get some of my moneys worth. Paid $115. This place is unkept. Poor condition and bad location. Was offered discount to stay again for my trouble. Never again

Property had moldy smell. Took long time to check in as there was no one around to check me in.
