The room and beds are clean. In front desk stands a monitor and you speak with an agent to check-in and check-out via this monitor and web cam. All jobs done fast and easly.

it's what I should have expected from a 2 star place.

I had stayed in the area and had stayed in a few hotels and had a great experience until this hotel. I had been trying to leave but needed a place to stay so I booked this place because it was inexpensive and I was broke. Do not come here if you need compassion there isn't a human in site there is a kiosk with a person behind it. Not only could we not check in. We got there at 1:30am until 3:00pm we had to wait. Then we would pay $30 and $100 deposit. So its cheap but you pay in the back end. They were unyielding so I spent my last night in my car. The money for the hotel was nonrefundable from hotels.com so I had no money to eat or gas. Overall I would never come back here I like a place with a personal touch which this place has none.

I love staying here when traveling to ft Myers with my service pet . It’s so convenient and clean and very nice staff

Great place. Stayed one night. Booked through this app and checked in 10mins later. Clean. Room had dehumidifier to address Florida humidity which made room comfortable. Clean room.

I didnt like how i was treated !!! The Indian ran hotel was un kept and foot traffic and noise all night long. Did i mention the Indian ran hotel which mind you this is the 4th hotel I have stayed at in this area in less than 5 months that is being ran by Indian people :( And at every hotel they were rude to me for no reason. . Needless to say Im very disappointed :(

You speak with the front desk rep through a video kiosk, but it was easy and kinda interesting. Rooms are decent overall for the price point, but all the electric sockets were so worn out that I almost couldn't charge my phone.

Roaches in room and toilet did not work

when i first started the check in process i started at the kiosk because i had prebooked. I quickly realized i booked for the wrong dates after a quick chat with agent at hotel.coms he got me squared away and I went back in and the woman at the desk checked me in. Since the confusion had taken a bit I just wanted to get to my roomand lay down so I gave her my id credit card and $100 cash deposit. I recently lost 100 lbs and colored my hair red. Apparently because she thought it was fraudulent instead of calling authorities to verify or asking for the million other cards my social etc with my name on them she held my ID. I left that night before 11 thats what time I had a sitter till and the beds werent even slept in. i got a call the next morning that I missed and when I called back i got a male over the phone who told me i could come anytime to pick up my deposit. whe i got there ai go to the kiosk and realize my ID is mising so I use my medical marijuana id card to tell him im there to pick up my deposit. he tells me the cash door wont open hes checking to it so if he cant get it open someone 2would come and refund me. I sat there an hour and the woman from the night before shows up hands me my ID which she purposely kept apparently because she didnt believe it was my id. why she still rented the room if that the case is beyond me. I ask for my deposit to which she says I already got it, mind you i left the night before before 11 and this was my first time back obviously

This place has bed bugs! I am covered in bites!

Everything has been great

Room was good and staff, just that there is no privacy for the pool use due to the bar next door and people seeing you. They only have chain link fence that should be some kind of a better privacy fence.

Rooms have some great modern conviences like a phone charger and a dehumidifier for drying towels ,huge room spaces

Front desk service was bad. I guess for pricing can’t expect much. My skin was itchy next day.
