Outstanding hotel for location and phenomenal and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

My new favorite hotel in Paris. Not only is the hotel beautiful, well kept, and in the best location, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I was there for work for a week and my husband decided to join me for the weekend, we had been to Paris before so didn’t make any plans and just relied on the concierge - who made sure we had reservations at some very cool places every single night. Overall, amazing stay and highly recommend.

The experience was exceptional. Luxury without being pretentious! Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. And from my balcony, we had a surprise view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was phenomenal - the food was delicious, dining room was beautiful but Benoit, his service made it memorable…he was so friendly, funny, and kind. The location is just off of Champ Elysees so made for easy shopping. I loved my stay here - exactly the Parisian experience I wanted - and can’t wait to come back!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We had a number of special requests and they attended to these with promptness and smiles! Especially wonderful were the servers at our breakfasts which was delicious! Thank you for making our stay in Paris so special! We will definitely come back!!

Excellent service

This is one of the best hotels in Paris. I would only say they could improve the breakfast. Spa is spectacular.

There were free two bottles of water and that wasn’t enough for us. So we asked for more water but they said it will be charged. Does it make sense that it will be charged for water at the 5 star hotel? I felt very unhappy with that situation. I spent quite lots of money for the hotel but that was very tiny thing that charging money for water. I really want to ask them if they really care about offering brand experience at the hotel. If I was an owner of the hotel I wouldn’t do like that….

The Hotel was experience from start to finish was a first class experience. The hotel had parking and an amazing bar that was opened until midnight. The staff was stellar and the hotel and the suite was an elegant atmosphere with a comfortable feeling. I didn't want to leave. Excellent experience. The location right off champs Elysee was an added bonus. We walked and enjoyed sights.

It feels like home. I received a warm welcome since the moment I arrived. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and kind, always with a sincere smile when greeting hotel guests- they so call friends :) The room is well organized with a lovely terrace, the view is nice, bedding is very comfy. Must try their breakfast, it’s fresh and healthy, of course very Paris. I will definitely come back to Hotel Lancaster and recommend to all of my friends!

Staying at Hotel Lancaster was a dream. From our arrival we were treated with the utmost respect and white-glove service. The entire team from the bellmen, front desk, housekeeping and even laundry service was impeccable. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and had many options available. Location is absolutely perfect right off of the large Main Street of Champs Elysées with quick access to great restaurants, shopping, as well as a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. For my 6 year old son, our stay made him feel extra special as they prepared a lovely bathrobe, slippers, children’s shampoo and body wash as well as a cute note with a colouring book. I highly recommend Hotel Lancaster for a stay in Paris - we will be back in a few months for sure!

Room was small showers and toils are broken and water will Run all night. Everything is old. The staff was cold and rude. And no this is not my first time in Paris. 3rd time just this year. Will not stay here so many good hotels around don’t waste your money here

Location is great and everything was done very well.

Large room, 2 baths, good TV channels, good breakfast, friendly staff. Convenient to several excellent restaurants.

The hotel is in the center of Paris. You can walk everywhere from there. Moreover this hotel is the only hotel that make a room upgrade eventhough I didnt ask for. The staff was very friendly and help us everytime we need help. The rooms are larger than most of the other hotels and it is suitable for families.

Staff and location excellent

I hated the first floor room Given. There was no consideration for an upgrade - the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, had attitudes and were not attentive. The doorman were lovely as was the bar staff and breakfast waiters

Nice 5 star hotel in Champ Elysee. Location is superb and very close to Arc de Triump. Staffs are well trained and have great hospitality. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is superb, all bakery is freshly baked. Bar is well stocked with experience bartender. 4 nights in this hotel passes quickly. Very impressive hotel.
