The facilities were new and clean

The breakfast takes long to serve. There are no elevators in the property especially for PWD

The staff were so nice, very polite and attentive to their guests' needs, everything in the room was and we're provided with necessary hygiene kits and the room was spacious. the plated breakfast was what we liked most, if we requested it be served early like 6AM it'll be served to your room right on time. Location wise, it's so accessible to many restaurants!! We got lucky on tis booking, price was mid ranged but facilities and service were superb!!!

Cam barely say we had anything we didn't like,maybe the lack of elevator but since it's a 3 storey building I think having no elevator is just ok.

The location is the best! Near the Magsasay street, famous food street in Naga.

It doesn’t have an elevator. Climbing the stairs is manageable but it’s incovenient if you have a lot of baggages. Good thing is that the hotel staff will help you to carry your things.

Air conditioner was so loudly but without that was room quickly so hot. We heard neighbors talking and laughing and dogs did barking. Not quiet place but if you don't have romantic time then just good for travelers.

There is no elevator.

Everything about my stay here in El Sancho was perfect. From the hotel and the room setup, to the facilities used, to the hospitality and service of the staff and the breakfast that was served, everything here exceeded my expectations. The beds, pillows, and blankets were really clean and comfy. The bathroom was beautifully designed and the toiletries are of excellent quality. El Sancho is definitely a recommend and will definitely come back when given a chance! You are really getting your money's worth!

Great central location we stayed at El Sancho Hotel for a night for Christmas Eve. We really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room is nice a very convenient one. I recommend to add this place to your list for your staycation when you visit the Queen City of Bicol.
