The staff was very accommodating, and the room was lovely. I initially had a ground-floor, windowless room, which may have been because I booked through a third party, but the front desk graciously moved us upstairs, and it was night and day in every aspect of the room, bathroom, and brightness. The location is super convenient as well.

The city is amazing rich in history, amazing food and friendly people everywhere. Saw tourist from various countries enjoying the place and the great weather. Oaxaca is a beautiful city and State to visit. Always felt safe.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in Oaxaca city. The pool is heated and inviting, the restaurant has delicious food for a reasonable prices, and it is connected to a coffee shop with a wide variety of snacks. Just across the street is the textile museum and the center of town is only two blocks away.

Great location, nice renovated house. Friendly staff and lovely small pool. The only downside is the poor acoustic of rooms.

In the City center has it's advantages and disadvantages. Zero parking which was a real hassle; don't take a car there. It was very vibrant with a ton of things happening in the area.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, in the BEST location. Close to everything. We walked to all the nearby restaurants and attractions. It’s only 2 blocks from the zocalo. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Very clean and the staff maintaining the hotel were so kind. The only issue is there are no in-room safes. If you need to leave a valuable, they lock it at the front desk. (You keep the key). And the box is on the smaller side. Would absolutely stay here again.

The was quite satisfactory, the bathroom was good & spacious. I took a photo of the railings & plantings on 2nd floor. I wish they gave better bathroom amenities.. convenient to main square & markets

Entire staff is amazing. At the front desk, they would get a cab for us in a timely manner. Patricia was great. Edith from room service was awesome. Will return and will recommend.

This was very quaint and well maintained property. It definitely fits the bill of a boutique hotel. The property has a nice cafe and restaurant with great service all around. The only downside is the rooms lack a window that open to fresh air so the rooms can get quite stuffy.
All in all, we would return for sure.

Everyone that worked there was very nice. The courtyard was very pretty and it was minutes away from everywhere you want to be. The bed was hard, but they had soft pillows. The AC worked great. All in all it was a nice place, but wished they had a softer mattress. Not bad for the price.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful, staff ,great location. The only negative for me was a small heated pool which seemed very unnecessary on 90° days.

Great location. Very clean. Lovely pool area for a refreshing dip ( not big enough for actual swimming but a charming spot nonetheless). Helpful and attentive staff all around. Like many old stone buildings built around a courtyard there’s a little noise echoing but that’s the nature of such styles.

Lovely hotel in the historical centre of Oaxaca. I had a large beautiful suite and I enjoyed the pool at the property.

This is a great stay option if you want to be in the center of all the action. Super convenient and safe to walk around. The hotel has a restaurant and a cafe, both are great but my favorite was the cafe which was also my workspace in the mornings.
The only issue we had was the loud construction noise in late mornings and afternoons.
Also, the rooms are super dark with no sunlight - wasn’t a big concern for us but thought of sharing it here.
Overall, great option to stay in Oaxaca!
