excellent, clean and quiet

What a great find--a super-clean & nice hotel at an amazingly good price! Excellent staff also.

Wonderful breakfast!

Thank you to the front desk employee for making my reservation right. I booked the wrong Monday, but he changed it quickly and with no fuss. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fitness room was empty, no equipment. The water coolers in the lobby were empty and the vending machines didn't work.

The employees and the hotel was a "Perfect Stay" Best Bed or Hotel Mattress I have ever slept in. Better than an 500 a night resort room at the beach.

The place was well kept and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Clean sheets. Would stay at another Microtel. An excellent value.

The room was very small, no refrigerator, dirty carpet.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient to town, great parking, and very reasonably priced. The rooms are on the small side, and they are missing some features such as a clock and microwave. The carpet in the room needs replacing due to stains. It appears that this hotel used to be another brand and Wyndham took it over recently as they are still painting the outside, the vending machines are not working yet, and a very small staff (just a person to check you in, and the same guy came to fix our tv). The free breakfast was very good. We stayed there both directions of our trip and will stay again.

The room was good, but I stayed there 4 nights with 2 reservations and we were charged twice both times. Now my money is locked up for 7 to 8 days which is 350.00. They gym isn't open and the laundry room wasn't working.

Room was fine. Breakfast was not the best. No eggs, biscuits or gravy. Pancake machine was not working. Problem is you have your front desk trying to do 2 jobs. Garage was overflowing. Not the ladies fault at all.

Clean room, decent bed, climate control, TV. That’s all you really need for an overnight stay. This room needed some maintenance (peeling paint in the bathroom) and it’s pretty small, no refrigerator, but if you need to stay in the area for a night and you can get a good deal I say it’s ok. The area is a little sketchy, a homeless person on the corner just off the parking lot and the hotel is next to a boarded up motel, but it didn’t feel too unsafe. Check in and out was easy and fast, breakfast was pretty decent.

We had 2 rooms for our party traveling from Iowa to Utah. Very sufficient and clean for our needs. Very good value.

Stopped on the way to Montana. The room was neat and clean. It was also very quiet, which is unusual at any hotel. Michelle at the front desk who checked us in was great. Breakfast, for a free meal, was actually decent. The eggs were hot and fresh.

I actually didn't get to use my reservation. I was very ill with covid 19 and laryngitis the week before. I inquired about policies procedures but made it VERY clear on multiple occasions, I only was willing to cancel if I got a refund. Expedia still had my room active and ready for check in. The hotel took it upon their selves to cancel my reservation. I was told expedia cancelled it so they would have to reinstate the room. Called expedia they had no history of a cancellation so they called the hotel. The extremely rude man working said that I had cancelled the room. I called the hotel he said I had cancelled the room when i "inquired" about cancelling to see if I could get a refund. I was in Cheyenne, across the country at this point and he wouldn't reinstate my room or refund. I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO CANCEL MY RERSERVATIONS WITHOUT GETTING A REFUND. Since it was frontier days, they were price gauging as much as possible. I will fight this all the way to small claims court if I need to get a refund. This hotel is very greedy and beyond rude as well as unhelpful!!!!!

Property was great, neighbor around there seemed sketchy. No problems with truck, or anything. But, felt edgy and didn’t sleep well because of it.

The free breakfast was appreciated.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. No fridge in the room which would have been nice. The price during CFD was very high for the type of room.

This hotel was in a good place and not far from our activities which was great.The hotel in general was clean and staff was very kind. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking is not that great. Would have rather parked closer to our room. We had a great stay and we'll come back.

Smoke alarm open. No batteries in it

It would have been nice to know beforehand that they were in the process of repairs/renovations. The exterior was being painted each day that I was there. There was a water shutdown the morning after I arrived from 7 am to noon to repair something. The first morning's breakfast ran out of bacon within the first hour. The rest of the week the breakfast meat was a variety of sausage products (sausage gravey, links, and then patties). The power kept going out in the breakfast area that morning as well. The water pressure was almost nonexistent in the shower. On my last night there, they were repairing the floor around the ice maker (right outside my room) until after 9 pm.

Excellent but they are remodeling

I had a very nice day here and the staff member, Calvin, was very helpful and providing local information To explore the area. This is a nice stay in Cheyenne to visit the historic downtown and State Capitol.

They’re in the middle of a remodel, but that did not affect our stay, to speak of. The room was more than adequate, though I we didn’t sleep well in their beds. That’s a very individual thing, though. The self-serve breakfast is what you’d expect from this type of hotel.
