The people always make the property the best . You re people were great ! Only thing I thought I’d point out is I had a taxi arranged through the hotel , was told it would be 30,000 pesos , the cab driver asked for 70,000 when we got to the airport . Quite a difference , just an fyi . Aside from that small issue , all was great !

I absolutely loved my stay here, the staff are a breath of fresh air in a place that can be a little overwhelming. In the middle of all the activities but tucked on a quiet street. I’ve never felt more cared for by employees than when I was staying here I couldn’t recommend this enough.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the design of our rooms especially the double shower and sinks! We also loved the service of Yennis, Sandra and Isabella our servers during our dine in breakfast. We occasionally chose to eat outdoors and their service was more than exceptional! The rooftop dining was amazing along with the poolside view! The front desk service was also exceptional as they assisted with providing the best service and even getting us reservations at another establishment! This place is in the center of everything which is definitely walking distance and low mileage for an Uber! Book if you can!

Clean hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly. The food was AMAZING!!!! The view on the rooftop was breathtaking and I felt very safe there. I would most definitely return. The location was close to most attractions so we walked almost everywhere

The rooftop bar & pool overlooking the city and harbor. Lovely sunsets & cocktails. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is superb Javier went above and beyond to show me a few places in Cartagena. The wonderful lady at the front desk also went above and beyond . Overall staff is the best I’ve ever seen.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel was very clean just in the middle of the city. Food was great and very clean dishes. I met Yennis, Eduardo, Camilla, Hairo, Rafael and all the staff all were very nice.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful, they cared for all details of our stay! They provided us with an excellent Colombian dinner and chocolate with fruits as an extra and free of charge! The breakfast was great and we had it with the owners. The place is very beautiful in line with nature, our room was beautifully furnished. Our stay was excellent, hghly recommend this place!

You never really know what you are getting when you book online, but the Movich was great! Our room and bathroom were very nice (except the view to the construction site but we weren’t there for the room view). Good AC and the room was generally quiet (except our Saturday night neighbors but they left Sunday) Location was perfect and all of the walled city was easily walkable. Although we didn’t use the pool, we definitely took advantage of the rooftop bar for the sunset views. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. And the breakfast was perfect! I’ve never eaten that much fruit in 5 days and and everything else we ordered was delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Cartagena.
I have to give a big shoutout to the cleaning personnel- I checked out and forgot my ipad in the room! Which I didn’t noticed until the cleaning lady reported it back to me. Big thank you!!

Where do I begin? Hotel Movich effortlessly exceeded my expectations. Such a warm welcome from the front desk. The staff from the restaurants, spa, room service were all polite, kind and always smiling. Such a blessing to see. The food and drinks were top tier, the VIEWS on the rooftop are breathtaking. You can see the entire city of Cartegena. BEAUTIFUL! The pool was very nice and relaxing. Well kept pool furtinite. The room was lavish and spacious. The shower was my favorite. Double rainwater shower heads. Perfect location in walking distance to old town Cartegena. Lots to and see. I could go on....please book now! Definitely the 5 star experience ✨️

We had a great time staying at The Movich. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were so confortable, we didn't want to get up. The hotel is in a great location. It is easy to get to many restaurants and bars in the area.

Movich Hotel is a gem in the center of Cartagena. The Hotel is fresh and clean with this contemporary, ecological vibe. The breakfast is included in the booking and what a surprise when everything is served at your request. The staff is simply adorable, helpful and friendly. I have compliments for Rodolfo, Nelson, Rafael, Javier and Johandra in the Front Desk and for Camila, Sofia, and Eduardo in the restaurant. They simply go above and beyond to take care of people and give you a personalized treatment. I highly recommend this hotel in Cartagena de Indias.

Beautiful sunset on rooftop while enjoying delicious cocktails, with views across Cartagena. Incredibly comfortable bed & clean room with great aircon. Friendly & helpful staff. Only downside is breakfast service is very slow so factor that in if you have morning plans. Didn't bother us as we were having a chill end to our holiday at Movich :)

Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was able to book reservations to restaurants, book activities for us, and get us taxis whenever we needed. The hotel is located near the clock tower with many restaraunts and shops nearby. I recommend trying fritos la mona for authentic street food, la esquina de pan de bono, and epoca cafe. The included daily breakfast is made to order and is execptional. The rooftop is also one of the best.

It’s a lovely hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My only issue is that when the hotel is full, the amenities become very crowded, like the small pool area and the dining area. However, the hotel is in a perfect location and well equipped. I’d definitely stay there again.
