The hotel location is a plus, very clean and well maintained,
People there are very helpful, and attentive. Room very clean and practical. You will be able to get all kind of restaurants and bars, Ibague is a small town but with a lots of different places to visit, they have a great airport which is convenient and easy to use.

Excelent choice. Downtown location. But overall everything was OK. Bedroom, bath and breakfast. We arrive very late and hotel offers food from a near fast food restaurant. Excelent service. Quick chek-in check-out.

I booked this property for a group of 4 people. Two rooms, two nights. It was my mom's 95th birthday. He Hotel recognized her birthday and made her day very special. The staff was excellent and very careful with the Covid. I do recommend this place to anyone who wants to know the new Tunnel (La Linea) and spend a couple of nights in Ibague.

Although the world was in heightened virus control mode, the staff at the hotel were wonderful as were our roomy accommodations. Our major concern was streetnoise levels due to old, unsealed windows. Earplugs were necessary.
Due to very few guests, the breakfast buffet was curtailed during our stay but replaced by an a la carte menu with adequate choices.
We really appreciated the assistance and friendliness of Hugo at the front desk.

I have never even bothered to consider staying in a hotel in the center of Ibagué until now. The front desk staff was very helpful. The family room I booked was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location was perfect and not at all noisy at night. Great place at a great price.

Hotel was ok. However, they charged a very high fee simply because a couple of friends came upstairs with us for a few minutes. They did notify us of this until checkout, when the showed us some fine print on the contract. Very bad service, there are much better hotels.

Good stay in the centre of town. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is bright and comfortable. Breakfast is included but could have offered.a wider choice.

Very Ordinary accommodation. Breakfast was kind of joke !!! Only positive was the lady at check in and the location, which is in very centre of the city.

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. If you're ever in Ibague I would recommend this one for a night or two. The other hotels in the center are too close to the walkways of the shopping center. Also don't bother booking ahead of time on line. You save more money if you just show up or just call them and reserve ahead when you're in Colombia. Hot water, aircon and a gym as well.
