The hotel is really nice and the amenities are top shelf.
The two ladies on duty late Friday night helped me out immensely. Although Hotels.com had failed to book my room when I paid for it three months ago, the two ladies sorted everything out for me such that I wasn’t billed twice for the room.

I typically stay at the embassy suites when I go on my business trips and they are all fabulous, I must say that this Embassy Suites needs some upgrading inside its rooms..

2nd time staying here, we love everything about Happy Hour, the breakfast was ok could need a little improvement but overall we love embassy. Great area for food and shopping also.

I took my wife there for a graduation present. She graduated with her bachelor's in human resource. We have stayed there before. About 5 years ago and we had a great time , we had friends meet us in the lobby and we sat there and had drinks and snacks and even watch a couple of games. It was fun and my wife enjoyed herself..

Beautiful hotel, but our smoke alarm beeped about the time we were ready for bed. It did stop, but of course I worried it would go off in the night. After more than an hour I called a 2nd time and they finally came and disarmed it.

Extremely dated. Could majorly use a renovation and new cleaning team. Maid are rude! And rooms are not very clean.

The check in process was horrible. The hotel was having difficulty with their third party venders and couldn't see my reservation. The initial room I was given the air condition was not working. After driving in a car for 10 hours with my young children this was not what we needed.

I liked the area. There was only one employee working and with the system interruption he was inundated with phone calls while trying to check in guests. He did he best and remained professional no matter the anger and frustration of the guest on the phone.

Due to computer glitches of the last few days caused by the data download, check in was impossible and took forever

Where do I start, (the wife) we only booked this room so the kids could swim for the day. Check in was at 4 within an hour we had young adults kicking at doors on the 3rd floor MULTIPLE TIMES! I had to call security... The pool was ice cold when it wasn't closed for some reason or another. When it was open it was full of teenagers from a baseball tournament to the point small kids couldn't even swim. The room wasnt very clean, the floor was sticky. Only one elevator worked and it took forever with all the people there. We did get to feed the kids breakfast in the morning is the only good thing I got to say about this place!

The hot tub at the pool was out of service during our stay
and when asked when would it be fix the answered was when ever they get to it So I asked for a discount and was told we don't do that The reason we always choose Embassy Suites is because of inside pool and hot tub. I asked about the travel agent discount and was also told they don't do that also but over all room was great as usual

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby is a great place to hang out either in the seating area, restaurant, or bar. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Floor Manager took care of a major snafu on our reservation when our room was given away by a desk clerk. He was able to shift rooms for those guests to accomodate my special health needs. Thank goodness for him because the corporate employees in the national locale were no help at all.

Lots of rudeness from employees , stayed without room key for 1 day and credit cards issues double $$ charge !!
Finally got my credit card fix, but they were rude and impolite.
They even called police on one of the families that were traveling with us denying they double charged his credit card and refused to provide print out.

First not our tv didn't work. For 850 and TV not working, that was terrible being my kid has to have a TV at night. The older lady that works at the desk in the morning is not friendly. She got mad when I asked for someone to come look at the TV once we leave...

The kitchens have no plates, cups, or utensils. They need to provide these for guests who want to bring in food.
