The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning was brilliant. The lounge area downstairs by reception was really lovely, with free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The location was extremely handy, just a 10 minute walk from the market place. We'd never stayed in an apartment hotel before, and really liked the concept, the best of both worlds. Your own apartment, but staff always on hand, and cleaning done twice a week.

Whilst the kitchen was well-equipped (big fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 hobs, coffee machine etc) it was physically very small. Very little surface space, and nowhere really to put any food you bought (apart from the fridge!). We were also quite nervous about doing much cooking as there were lots of warnings about not making any "smoke" as the smoke detector was connected directly to the fire department.

Conveniently located near the central station and tram stops. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The inside of the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the sensor-based electricity management was an eco-friendly initiative. (Because I always feel that there is no need for lights to stay on in an empty hallway...) I would like to stay again next time I visit Leipzig.

Shower area is not separated from other bathroom facilities, so the floor might get a little bit messy when one person uses bathroom right after another. But in general it wasn’t a big problem for us since we knew beforehand that shower is „barrier free“.

Location, lobby zone, warmth

I did not like that I was asked to wash all the dishes after I will use it. It is not a question about money/service ratio, but about cleaning: if previous people did bot wash it properly, it seems that hotel is not responsible which is wierd.

They are the worst, they charge you a deposit of €100 which they say will be returned to your account when you check out and it is not, I called my bank and they told me that in 2 months I will be able to see the money in my account !

big parking available, walking distance to city center, great support by the staff when the booking got lost. room was quiet and clean. no frills stay. only missing is breakfast, but bakery just next door. location easy to reach by public transport and car. great price

Great location not far from the train station and old town. Also close to the zoo. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. All staff were very pleasant and the free coffee in reception was a nice touch. The lift was appreciated with heavy luggage.

The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and there is no sofa or armchair.

It’s centrally located, and the shopping area and main train stations are within walking distance. I was traveling for 3weeks before this stay and tired of eating out, so the kitchen facility was definitely my highlight. It has the essential kitchen equipment

My room smelled like fresh paint, which I think came from the cupboard. The smell was very strong when I opened it and I didn't want my clothes to smell like chemical so I don’t use it. The room and kitchen appliances were a bit dusty.
