Well I didn’t stay!!! Communication is nil. They were supposed to get back to me about changing my stay due to my plane being cancelled & rescheduled to the day before. So in the end I just booked somewhere else. Very poor service.

Very comfortable and compact room and perfect for a pre night stopover especially before a long flight from Birmingham airport ( BHX ) and literally just a two minute walk to international departures check in. Breakfast was filling and good quality and you can get a slight discount if purchased the night before.

No kettle, so from the 8th floor I had to go to floor 1, make a hot drink then go back up to the 8th trying not to scald myself or spill the drink, I’d love to see the risk assessment for this decision. The water boiler was broken on the 1st floor so then it was down to the bar and que up for your evening cuppa and back up to the 8th???, booking through Hotel. Com did not register your breakfast with the kitchen, so all 4 mornings you have an argument with the people manning the entrance to get your breakfast, The room was only cleaned, bins emptied once in 4 days,

Stay there twice a year while visiting NEC Craft Show from Ireland. Very convenient, staff very helpful, room clean. Overall a Pleasant stay. Keep it up 👏👏

Too noisy. Too cramped

Stay was ok. Room was small for the cost. We had a meal in the restaurant which was a bit pricy for what you got, but the srrvice was good.

The hotel is great for a one night stay to catch an early flight. The room was basic , no tea/ coffee in the room but it is available on floor 1.The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well.There is a restaurant in the hotel.

Restaurant was very good food tasty and good service, room was very basic but fine for the cost. Only just settled in the room when had to go out thanks to fire alarms going off.

The front desk and waiting staff were considerate welcoming and efficient

So convenient next to airport and train station. Quiet.

Stayed here a couple times now both times because of early morning flights. Great facilities & restaurant on ground floor. Can’t beat the location directly opposite Departure Lounge.

I booked for BHM airport as I had a ridiculously early flight. I was surprised at how pleasant it was especially the bar area which was lively with good service and friendly staff. The room was fine basic but had towels and soaps. The tv didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered.

I have stayed in 100’s of hotels in my life time and never have i ever arrived to be given some sheets and told to make my own bed. Its not convenient to arrive late with family and then to be told its policy to make bunk bed ourselves. The hotel knew we were 3 people arriving.

Very basic, but everything you need for a night before early morning flight. 2.5 mins from departures.

It was 1 nite earl flight room good tv toilet shower ample for early flight reastrant down in reception but expensive £18.90 for fish & chips £5 bowl of chips

This hotel is so poor i wouldnt let my dog stay in it.its dirty and run down.

We found Ibis Hotel so convenient as we had an early flight will definitely use them again in the future

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay for the airport. Would definitely use again when flying from Birmingham airport for an early morning flight.

Mad o clock flight so decided to stay on the airport rather than travel. in - it is indeed a two/three minute walk to departures Rooms are very clean even if they do resemble a private hospital room I’d stop again

Shower was only luke warm and the room wasn't as sound proofed as other airport hotel rooms. Close to terminal building and car parks though

Easy for airport

Lovely new, modern albergue right on the trail at the top end of Salas Town. The shared rooms are well spaced, with lockers, and shelves and lights/charging sockets with each bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer lovely views and let a lot of light into the room. There are washing facilities and plenty of room to hang washing. Toilets and shower facilities are spotlessly clean. There's an on-site bar and restaurant, which serves a pilgrim meal every evening, and breakfast is available for a fee. This was one of the best albergues I stayed in on the Camino Primitivo 🙂

Second time we have stayed here, perfect for an early flight the next morning. Walking distance to departures. No frills, but comfortable and clean. Don't need much more!

Perfect for an airport hotel as we had a very early flight

Hotel was ok you get what you pay for, but to find a silver fish in your bed was not good,

Light switch by the bed not working, and make up stains on bottom sheet.

Ideal hotel for early flight.A bit noisy traffic wise owing to impatient drivers beeping their horns.

Brill hotel for a budget option. Smallish room but had smaller for bigger price. Bathroom set up unique with shower pod directly off the main room and sink outside the toilet room but shower was VERY good and you got shower gel provided. Check in guy really friendly and welcomong. Would defo use again.
