So convenient next to airport and train station. Quiet.

I booked for BHM airport as I had a ridiculously early flight. I was surprised at how pleasant it was especially the bar area which was lively with good service and friendly staff. The room was fine basic but had towels and soaps. The tv didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered.

Stayed here a couple times now both times because of early morning flights. Great facilities & restaurant on ground floor. Can’t beat the location directly opposite Departure Lounge.

I have stayed in 100’s of hotels in my life time and never have i ever arrived to be given some sheets and told to make my own bed. Its not convenient to arrive late with family and then to be told its policy to make bunk bed ourselves. The hotel knew we were 3 people arriving.

Very basic, but everything you need for a night before early morning flight. 2.5 mins from departures.

This hotel is so poor i wouldnt let my dog stay in it.its dirty and run down.

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay for the airport. Would definitely use again when flying from Birmingham airport for an early morning flight.

Mad o clock flight so decided to stay on the airport rather than travel. in - it is indeed a two/three minute walk to departures Rooms are very clean even if they do resemble a private hospital room I’d stop again

Shower was only luke warm and the room wasn't as sound proofed as other airport hotel rooms. Close to terminal building and car parks though

Lovely new, modern albergue right on the trail at the top end of Salas Town. The shared rooms are well spaced, with lockers, and shelves and lights/charging sockets with each bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer lovely views and let a lot of light into the room. There are washing facilities and plenty of room to hang washing. Toilets and shower facilities are spotlessly clean. There's an on-site bar and restaurant, which serves a pilgrim meal every evening, and breakfast is available for a fee. This was one of the best albergues I stayed in on the Camino Primitivo 🙂

Second time we have stayed here, perfect for an early flight the next morning. Walking distance to departures. No frills, but comfortable and clean. Don't need much more!

Hotel was ok you get what you pay for, but to find a silver fish in your bed was not good,

Light switch by the bed not working, and make up stains on bottom sheet.

Ideal hotel for early flight.A bit noisy traffic wise owing to impatient drivers beeping their horns.

Slow checkin. Poor communication

The dining area was a bit chaotic and loud as I went in August but the food came much quicker than I thought it would. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was quite noisy at night - you'd think other people flying would understand that some people have early flights so maybe try and put up signs to make this clearer as I didn't get a great nights sleep.

Value for money overnight airport stay. However, had to make up the third bed ourselves even though requested on booking. Quiet room also requested on booking notes, but got room next to elevator at start of noisy corridor.

Weird hotel room with the bunk above the bed but practical and clean. Did the job and a fair price for what we got in terms of room and locality to the airport.

Hotel room desperately needed maintenance - loose panel around sink, dirty mark on wall, walls repainted, but with edges in a different shade of green to centre of walls. Like a £40 hotel rather than £140.

Clean room. Bed fine. Bathroom facilities good.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station ( I came by train from Germany ! ) and the NEC ( Festival of Quilts ), I got help at the reception desk whenever needed, the breakfast was exceptional for this hotel category - fresh and yummy. My room offered everything for a pleasant stay. I will return next year !

Great location for the NEC, and Resorts World. Basic room, but fine for an overnight stay.

It is basic but last minute trip not much choice of hotels in our price range

Sleep was massively disturbed by the constant honking of horns from 3am in the morning right outside our window…which we then had to shut making the room too hot.

For a basic room pre departure great value for money.. decor in the lobby restaurant area is lovely.. tea and coffee available from room on 1st floor. Would use again and recommend for cheap and cheerful airport hotel
