The beds need updating - they are hard. The continental breakfast is minimal. Stayed here for a team tournament - they need protein in the mornings / not just processed carbs and one choice of fruit.

Booked this place for a weekend away with my 7yr old son. He LOVED the fact that it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was your very basic Canadian motel style cereal and toast, no eggs or yogurt but works just fine for kids. Service was good but I gave it only 3 stars because I prepaid for the room but they were going to turn me away because I did not have a credit card to use for the deposit. After giving them a lot of flack for this (again, the room was already paid for!) they finally let me pay the deposit with a debit card. I have a visa debit and not a visa. I am not sure I would stay here again because of this.

I was in Victoria for a quick business trip. I loved the pool and onsite restaurant. The view from my room and location in the city were perfect!

We were grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room, even though it was dated and the beds very hard. The breakfast was below average. Cereal, toast, muffins, and apples. No yogurt, eggs, waffles or bagels. There was construction in the parking lot one day making it impossible to rest. Needed to call the desk several times to ask for the wifi to be reset since it kept cutting out. The pool is very nice and quite large but the hot tub made my skin feel like it was being poked with needles so may have too many chemicals in it. The location was good.

Continental breakfast was just ok. Expected a little more. Maybe some yogurts, perhaps a variety of fruits. Better than nothing but not by much. Facility was very clean.

The room was nice, but I suggest you stay on the top floor because it sounds like elephants are jumping up and down if someone is above you. I had some problems with my travel arrangements and the staff there was amazing and helped me very much. The cleaners are very sweet, and I enjoyed my stay except for the noise upstairs

The hotel is good, however, the problem we had was the cleaning, from the day we arrived we reported that the bathroom was dirty and we reported it to the reception and they did nothing, they said they would talk to the cleaning people. The next day they were not able to do the cleaning service and they were reported again and they agreed to send a person in the afternoon and he never arrived. It leaves me very upset since the reception staff didn't really do anything and just gave me my way.

They do not clean the unit at all. We have a 3 year old and we had to use an entire package of Lysol to clean the unit. With a single wipe on the floor the Lysol wipe was completely black. The bathtub had soap scum and buildup all over it, sp we had to scrub it clean. I will be honest to say, that this was the first time I have never had to clean my own hotel room.

We had a two bed suite and the floors were dirty right from the beginning. Unfortunately. I had stayed here in the past though and absolutely loved it. I will say that their complimentary breakfast has completely gone downhill and is very minimal
