Liam at the front desk was great! Super accomodating when we showed up with our little one and he brought us a cot for him. Would defintely go back , great location and awesome vibe .

Clean room with nice furnitures. Greatest advantages: parking and very close to downtown Kelowna and to the lake. Hotel is a very good recommendation for a 1-2 day trip to Kelowna.

Rooms are very noisy, i.e. you hear too much from the neighboring rooms or the room above; seems that there is not enough soundproofing in the walls and ceilings. There is no coffee / tea machine in the room, which is clearly a nice-to-have.

Hotel its self was nice, the rooms were comfy and cozy. Location for walking was great.

Way to noisy at night, it’s located right next to some busy night clubs.

Parking lot is way too small, could barely get car parked as it was a very tight squeeze.

The hot tub outside was nice and the sauna was nice too.

The second I checked in "Hotel Zed" asked me for a review. I got ongoing emails and texts almost hourly while staying there demanding reviews. It came across as desperate and frankly was annoying. I wouldn't stay here again because of how annoying that was.

Very cool hotel, loved all the color. Not your typical boring hotel room

a lot of grumpy in the general world, however the staff here were exceptionally pleasant, kind, smiling all of which felt genuine. Room was clean and really cool (having to explain to a 13 year old how a rotary dial phone) was hilarious, but also made me feel old.
