Rooms are very outdated, bathroom are in bad condition. No elevator so prepare to use stairs..

Stay away. The worst that I ever stayed in. Service non existent. No staff. Dirty sheets and cockroaches. This hotel should not be on Expedia.

Would not recommend bed uncomfortable double instead of a king like listed. Heard a hammer early am. I’m talking 7am!! Heard voices at my door asking for a girl named TASHA all night long. No wash clothes. Air conditioner was ice cold and breakfast was complimentary but eggs were uncooked. If you’re in dire need of a place to sleep and shower then may be! But yeah, no!

Hamilton Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Boca Chica

They have a nice pool and towels changed every day, but sometimes they forgot to bring new ones in the room. Profit from OLE Supermarket next door or BurgerKing @corner. Use only Uber for 3$, the official airport taxi charges 30$.

I highly recommend this hotel especially during Quarantine, since the Hotel has a Restaurant,Bar & swimming pool on the 1st floor you’re not stuck in your room after 7pm. You can hangout still eat drink swim, Staff is friendly, food is amazing especially the freshly made pizza.The location is perfect everything is within walking distance.

The place is a dump, the pool looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The room was dirty, the cable TV did not work, the shower felt like it had sand over obviously from not being cleaned. The A/C kept on shutting off every 3 minutes. A total disaster! The advertisement photos must be from many years ago because it does nt look like what I saw on-line.

Everyone was nice and everything was clean Not enough towels no wash rags no irons in the rooms or hair dryers and the show was broken and did not work well ! Also I paid for a king size bed room and was given a queen instead

When i arrived at te hotel there apparently was no reservation made for me by expedia even though i had already paid for the overnight. Luckily the front desk person was able to find a room for me or else i would have been out on the street. The hotel is situated in a busy area so there is lots to do and see..

Construction zone, not informed to customers, really noised. After Construction is a good place to stay.

Close to the beach and supermarket. WiFi was spotty. We were only supplied one set of towels for two people our first night. Each unit should have enough towels for a minimum of two people. Hotel could use a little updating.

Madfood. e bed each day, but noticed small tear in fitted sheet. They did not change sheets for 4 days. NO hot water. Internet very poor---often not working at all. Same with air conditioning. Staff marginally helpful and not friendly. Rated it a 3, because restaurant is 4+---very good Italian. Brothel directly across street. Everyone you pass on street will try to sell you something or ask you for money. DO NOT WALK AROUND THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AT NIGHT UNLESS IN LARGE GROUP!!!

This is the third time I have stayed here and i like it because not only is it close to beach but they offer free breakfast and you can also buy lunch and dinner at the restaurant for an affordable price and they also offer free wifi and a mini Casino on site

If i hdd to go back to DR i would stay at the hamilton again

Thought I was getting a better rate by booking with expedia...nope don't be fooled. Room clean & comfortable but wicked small & no hot water in shower. Pictures are deceiving...they make everything about the place look bigger and better. The front desk staff was less than friendly and efficient. The only other staff was the security guard who was nice, attentive and helpful...the other guy was useless. We had to check out within a few hours of checking in bc of an emergency...it took 15 minutes to check out when we had just checked in... We were not unhappy to leave, hence why we checked out instead of leaving and going back when finished. Gonna give expedia another chance but places like this shouldnt even be offered...especially without a deep discount.
