Pro: great location in heart of city. Walk to everything. Clean and modern.
Cons: very noisy at night/ most rooms are street facing and not properly sound proof. AC in room super weak and ineffective for a room that size with high ceilings. I asked for an additional fan and was told not possible. This was a really hot august in Sicily.

Had an amazing stay here. A very comfortable modern room with an incredible view. Staff was amazing as well. A lot of street noise/music however it didn't bother us much!

We loved the property. The only problem was it was 30 steps up to the B&B. The staff was super, and the breakfast was very good.

InCanto was the perfect location for our short stay in Palermo. Located in the heart of the historical area, you are steps away from many of the beautiful go-to spots with out needed transportation.
The staff were friendly and supplied us with maps in English with suggested sites to see. The breakfast was cooked to order each morning with home-made goodies. I would highly recommend this location.

Outstanding location. Beautiful property in a historic building. Loved the spacious room and the design. Good breakfast.
Our room overlooked a very busy street. It was super noisy at night and hard to sleep, even with the balcony closed. Also, our air conditioning didn’t work properly, and it was hot and stuffy. Not sure why the issue didn’t get addressed despite us bringing it up to with the staff.

Extremely well located with attractions and lots of food options nearby. Newly renovated room which was very comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast and friendly staff. Note the property does not have a lift and is not staffed all the time

It’s exactly the pictures. Super everything! The staff (housekeeping, breakfast and reception) made my stay very welcomed. Cheerful group! The bed and sheets were super, great water pressure, super clean and efficient while maintaining the aesthetics. Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix. Location is really the best spot- right next to the must see Quattro Canti (Fours Corners Square) and the Pretoria Sq. & Fountain. I’m at a list of words for how awesome this hotel is.

Fabulous b&b. Large, beautiful room, great facilities. Excellent breakfast (the choice of breakfast items was fantastic) super friendly staff. Ideal location right in the historical centre of Palermo. We absolutely loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again!

I was VERY happy at InCanto! The staff was great and very helpful. I have no complaints at all! The only annoying thing which had nothing to do with InCanto was the noise coming from Quattro Canti. There was loud music starting in the late morning until night but if your out all day enjoying Palermo it shouldn’t be a problem. So thank you InCanto for a great trip to my family’s beautiful city!

Great. The bed is huge and super comfortable, lots of pillows. The espresso machine is easy to use. It's clean. The bathroom is in great condition. They have soaps and conditioner from Sicily (all citrus flavored). Breakfast was full of options. The b&b adapted and took pragmatic precautions with covid. The wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom is made of glass (at least in my room), may be awkward for some people. And it's in a really tiny street, so the GPS is quite useful

This was our first stop in a 2 week trip to Sicily and it was one of our favorite hotels! The room was HUGE without being cavernous, very spacious, clean, comfortable bed and modern decor with a beautiful balcony that overlooked quattro canti square and an old church. Even though there were crowds below us every night it wasn't very noisy at all It was such pleasure coming back to our room after exploring Palermo every day. The breakfast was great too!

Modern, well equipped room, very clean. Perfect spot for exploring Palermo on foot. But be aware that the hotel is on the second floor without a lift, so it is not ideal if you have problems with mobility (or heavy luggage).

Of all the places we stayed during our two week Italian adventure our two nights in Palermo at inCanto were our favourite! The room was spacious and lovely, the balcony view amazing and fun to people watch from! Federica was a gracious and accommodating host! My husband was apprehensive about staying in a b&b normally opting for big hotels but I think I have him sold after our experience here!! The beautiful breakfast in bed was such a nice touch! So lucky we found this gem and definitely will be recommending it to others!

The B&B is located in a beautiful residential building in Palermo, overlooking a historical church. Beware, there is no elevator and the B&B is located on the second floor- those with mobility issues or heavy luggage may find it difficult to access. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. Federica was very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we did have issues with the shower which did not drain and flooded the entire bathroom. The door to the bathroom jams and we got locked in. We had to leave it open.
