The unit itself was fine. It was clean and nicely furnished. It was quite small and hard to imagine that 6 people would be comfortable staying in it. The bathrooms were especially small with very little counter space. It should also be noted that some of the water faucets are installed backwards and what is usually a cold faucet runs hot water and the hot faucet runs cold water. There was no written explanation for this. One of our biggest issues was that there was no one to communicate with at the location or with the management company except by leaving a voice mail message with a return call anticipated the following day. There were no instructions in the unit for the operation o Internet, WiFi or air conditioner. We were never able to establish an internet connection during our stay and had no access to TV which required an internet connection. While this was not a huge deal to us it seems that with the price charged the basics should be readily available. We were notified by email prior to our check in that one bank of elevators was not working and the expected repair was 2 weeks. There were other elevators in property available but it was inconvenient and a lack of enough luggage carts made it difficult to get to the unit in the 6th floor. We certainly understand that these things can happen but felt the inability to speak with anyone on property or with the property management company makes this property less than desirable especially for the price per night.

Property is dated,needs a face lift. Picked this place for our 93 Father who has a little trouble getting around. The elevator by our room was not working and the closes elevator was a good distance away for our father and also the most busiest. Also room was dated and floors were dirty.

The condo was very clean and as described. Great location and beautiful view. My children loved being so close to the beach.

The most important thing to me when I stay somewhere is that it is clean, and I was happy with how clean everything was. It has newer appliances and an earlier review referenced not having ice but they do have an ice maker and water dispenser. It’s located right on the beach which you really can’t beat and the view from the balcony is beautiful. I heard very little noise from other condos around us or from outside - I sometimes forgot we were in a condo complex. They also provided basic supplies - hand soap, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. - and a good amount of beach items (chairs, towels, some toys). So why only 4 stars? There are a few things that, for me, kept it from being perfection. The bath towels were pretty terrible. They were really small and thin. Definitely super cheap. The one elevator on our side of the complex was broken all week. Not a deal breaker but annoying as the wait for the elevator during busy times could get long. The pool was very crowded and we figured out why about halfway through - people from other complexes came to use the pool. It is supposed to be limited to only condo residents but it was clear it was being used by people not in the complex. We would have to do down early in the morning to reserve chairs so we’d at least have a place to sit. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend someone to stay here and I’d consider staying here again!

Property was as described - beach area was nice - close to restaurants and activities. We will be back!!

The most notable part of the stay was the cleanliness of the unit. It was at a hotel level of cleanliness which is not always the case in my experience. The place was large enough to accommodate me, my wife, and our two young children. The proximity to the beach was great and the unit’s access very near the elevator (but not too close to be bothered by it) was a nice bonus. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. The amount of beach equipment was also appreciated.

Loved the condo. Clean and had all the amenities. Nice side view of Gulf. Beautiful beach. Front door sticks quite badly, and that is the only negative lol. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Great beach, good amenities, near every thing. Quiet and family friendly. Pool and hot tub were broken the mist of our stay and not heated, but they did get fixed.

Property manager was quick to respond to question and we had a lovely stay!

Condo was nice with view of the Gulf. Right off the elevator so convenient to the parking. Pool and hot tubs were nice and close to John's Pass for food and shopping and water sports it boat rides. The only negative is I the times were not tall enough for handicapped folks. I recommend new ADA toilets.

The view was truly the best part of the stay. In reference to other reviews, if you know the area of Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Pass A Grille, there are few to zero direct properties on the beach, aside from the multimillion homes on the beach. So, this stay was perfect. Great view of the beach, literally off the elevator onto the beach steps. So, you cannot ask for more if you want a true beach stay. The condo is convenient to the elevator, which was crucial in our stay, as we had one in our party who is handicapped. Just a note to those that do stay, pick up ice before you come to the condo, there is not an ice machine on property, and the fridge does not dispense ice. Overall, would recommend for those who would like a cozy, quiet beach stay.

Great location, great ocean view. Nice pool, short walk to the beach. Dryer took 2-3 x longer to dry. Master bed had cheap cotton sheets that were hot!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as advertised. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. We had a great breakfast at the cafe. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We love Sunset Vistas and this condo did not disappoint! Loved the appliance package in kitchen!! The only thing I was disappointed about was location of condo. It was my fault, cause we've stayed enough to know "south" condos are not "beachfront", but the description of the condo said beachfront, so I booked. In the end, it was fine for us, however, for guests who might be from out of state and think they are booking a "beachfront" condo(facing the beach/gulf head on), I would suggest you change description to gulf/beach view. The resort is on the beach but the condo truly has a beach view. That is a minor issue tho because the condo is awesome - I fell in love with the rattan swivel recliner!!

Everything was as advertised and no additional charges. Enjoyed the pool and beach bar along with the quietness. Very family oriented and lots of security and maintenance. The cafe is also good. The bed in 606S is fabulous. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to return.

The condo was exactly as listed and was perfect for a November beach weekend. There is a great view of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom. The heated pool was amazing, and the pool bar and service was awesome! We had an issue with the AC not working properly on our last night, but the Property Manager Debra was extremely responsive and worked with me to resolve it. I would definitely stay again!

The unit was clean and the listing is a true representation..Right next to the elevator so it’s plus/minus depending upon your personal preference. The big negative is the A/C continued to shut down due to drain clog so you continually had to empty the water. The unit shut down while sleeping so that was uncomfortable..Equioment looks aged and needs to be cleaned or replaced

The Condo was very nice, clean, right on the beach. The beachfront sunsets where beautiful. It was fun finding shells and water was beautiful . I recommend this condo Staff is nice and helpful .

Everything was easy and stress free checking in, room was clean and exactly as pictured. Rick was fast at communicating and very informative about the stay. Would definitely rent with them again.

The condo was as described in the listing. We had a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, but I addressed those with Rick and he was very responsive. The view of the beach was amazing and another perk-the property has a Beach Toys Leave and Stay Box where various travelers take what they need and leave what they don't. This meant over the week we had access to a free umbrella, fishing poles and various boogie boards and inflatables. The pool, ocean and view were fantastic. The workers around the condo were all extremely nice and helpful, and we always felt welcome. I left the umbrella that we bought in the condo and a lined cooler bag, so hopefully that reaches the next guests. Also, Rick's unit had a beach toys bin, 4 beach chairs and several anchors for umbrellas-everything we needed for the beach. Honestly, a new couch and chair and new bedspreads would have made this a 100% five-star rating, but I do believe the condo was priced accordingly when comparing it to more updated condos. We would happily stay again! Treasure Island is the beautiful white sand and clear ocean without the bustle and commercialism of Clearwater. Also, a trolley ride to Clearwater both ways only cost the four of us $20. Loved it!

We had a great time staying at this property! Everything you need is provided in the room except of course your groceries which are very easy to obtain due to being very close to any markets needed. We love Treasure Island and staying here made it even better!

Great location and view. Loved the balcony. Convenient location to many stores/attractions. Very responsive hosts. Beds were super comfy! A bonus was the Shake Shop right next door

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying in this rental. The unit was very clean and the top floor location was awesome. The owner was excellent to work with and took care of all our needs. We definitely recommend this rental property.

Rick and Charlotte are great owners, communication from them was great, great unit, can't think of a single thing that wasn't 5 stars.

This was perfect size and had everything we needed on property. my grandson (9mths old) ended up staying a couple of days and it was so nice to have a splash pool & the regular pool. He loves the water! We will definitely book again.

After a couple of years of "staycation", we decided it was time to VACATION again! Booked this property about 45 days out. Rick and Charlotte were on top of every detail and made the booking/visit a breeze. The condo has plenty of space and amenities. Love that they had some beach chairs and even beach towels for us to use. Not all units have that after speaking with other guests. Everything is close to you. The beach is stunning... of course!
