This was an ideal location & property for our stay in Edinburgh with 3 adult couples. The listing accurately reflects the property & management was helpful & available when required. Hughly recommend the property!

Our stay was great! The location is ideal and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms! We enjoyed the use of the laundry in the kitchen but the dryer would not work for us. We ran it multiple times and clothes were still damp. Only other issue was the bath tub drain stopper in the master was not functioning. Otherwise the property was great! Definitely happy we booked it and stayed.

The apartment provided all that 6 adults needed. Bedrooms were large and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were most welcome. The lounge area was quite large and comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. Plenty of light from the large windows/doors despite it being a basement apartment. Our manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was excellent. A short walk to the bus station and city center. I would only suggest more than one dish towel and a manual for the washer/dryer.

This apartment was in an excellent location with everything you need! Located so close to the bus station for our daily excursions, it was so easy and convenient for our group of 6. Lots of pubs, restaurants and grocery nearby and only a few blocks from Waverly Station, we didn’t have to walk a million miles to get anywhere. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! It made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Great centralized location. Perfect space for 5 adults with a bathroom in each bedroom. Only downside was no onsite parking. Other than that 10/10 recommend.

The fit and finish of the property is first class and the location is perfect for a sight seeing trip to Edinburgh.
The communication with the property manager was also excellent from booking through to our stay

This was my first time using HomeAway. They kept in touch before the trip answering questions as needed. I think a little more effort could have been made to meet us there and show us how things worked. That aside. The flat is lovely. Clean for the most part. I did see a few crumbs on kitchen floor but all else was fine.it is great for all to have their own bathroom and airport tram stops just a bit down the street. If you live in the city you won't mind the noise in the front bedrooms. I wear earplugs when I sleep so no problem there. We live in the suburbs where nature is our traffic noise. It was quite warm in the flat but our contact told us how to turn down heat. Again a quick visit would have been nice for such info. Be advised there are about 15 steps down to the flat. I specifically asked about this and was told only a few. My elderly mother wasn't able to attend but if she had as planned this would have been a hardship for her.

The York Place Residence is the perfect place for a holiday getaway. The home is exactly as pictured. All 3 bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped.
