Location is nice close to oxford street

Well it was to noise top flat doing noise all night plus we can hear the underground

Overall we had a good stay in this flat, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. For central London, it was good size and we felt comfortable. The flat itself isn't brand new, but there were new/modern appliances like the oven or the fridge. Location is great, really central, in a quiet street. Good to note the flat is on the lower ground floor.

There were a few issues with the flat that should be worked on. - The sink in the bathroom was clogged so it wasn't possible to use it for more than a few seconds (we had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth). - There was also a problem with the heating that was too high in the bedroom and we couldn't turn it down (the owner told us to use the thermostat but it was set at 16 and it was 25 in the bedroom). - there were no bin bags when we got there (the owner told us there were but we couldn't find them so had to buy them), and in general the equipment in the kitchen was limited to basics - the owner had an electrician come in during our stay to fix something in the flat - I understand this sometimes needs to happen but it would be good to arrange these things when the flat is empty/in between reservations - A few smaller things could be fixed as well like stains on the couch, holes in the walls...

Location, hosts were very nice, beds were comfortable.

Cleanliness mainly in bathroom, kitchen in need of repair but is being renovated in the futureaccording to host, noise upstairs late at night, no hot water or heating for 1st 24 hours due to issue with boiler.

the property looks very good on the photos, but it’s not so great when you get inside. It’s a 2-3 star pretending to be 4 star. The tv was located on the shelf over the fireplace, but I had to move it to the floor in order to reach the plug. The aerial cable was damaged so would not plug into the tv, only Netflix was available. it’s just rough around the edges.

The location is fantastic with many good restaurants and cafes around. Close to Underground stn, even walking distance to central London. Very nice host, available and helpful in more than one situation.

The kitchen has seen its better days. The underground gives some noise during night time, could be disturbing for some.
